Cons:

The worst place ever. And area around it is not safe at all. Staff are very bad. And you feel sad in these rooms .. don’t recommend it at all to any one . I will never go to this area again

ليست نفس الغرفه التي حجزتها ،، انتظرت كثيرا لاستلم الغرفه رغم الوصول في موعد الدخول ،،، بعض الأشياء تحتاج صيانه ك باب الغرفه والجاكوزي ،،، فريق العمل يحتاج الي تدريب ويحتاج الي زي موحد،، الغرفه ضيقة وليست كما طلبت

كانت إقامتنا في هذا الفندق مخيبة للآمال، ولكن للأسف بلغت المشاكل ذروتها عند تسجيل الخروج.

* قمت بحجز غرفتين وصالة معيشة لمدة 11 يومًا، إلا أننا فوجئنا عند الوصول بأن الفندق وفر لنا غرفة واحدة وصالة فقط، وهو ما لا يتطابق مع الحجز الذي دفعنا قيمته.
* كان الحجز يشمل إفطارًا استثنائيًا، وبالفعل كان الإفطار خلال أول يومين مطابقًا لما تم الإعلان عنه، ثم انخفض مستواه بشكل ملحوظ ليقتصر على البيض والجبن والعسل والخبز . وعند طلب أي من الأصناف التي كانت تُقدم في اليومين الأولين، كان يُطلب منا دفع مبلغ إضافي، رغم أن الإفطار مشمول في الحجز.
* سرير الأطفال الذي تم توفيره لم يكن سريرًا مخصصًا للأطفال، بل كان سريرًا عاديًا، مما تسبب في سقوط ابني منه عدة مرات.
* خدمة الإنترنت كانت سيئة جدًا، وكانت تنقطع باستمرار، رغم أن الحجز كان يشمل إنترنت عالي السرعة.
* لا يوجد أي عزل للصوت، وكانت أصوات السيارات في الخارج مزعجة جدًا طوال الليل.
* أما أسوأ ما حدث فكان عند تسجيل الخروج، حيث طالبنا بدفع 2600 جنيه مصري بتهمة وجود مرحاض مكسور، وجهاز تحكم (ريموت) تالف. مع العلم أنني لم أرَ جهاز التحكم أصلًا، كما أوضحنا لهم أن المرحاض كان مكسورًا قبل استلامنا للغرفة، إلا أنهم رفضوا الاستماع إلينا أو تقبل أي توضيح.
* بعد ذلك تطور الموقف بشكل غير مقبول، حيث حاولوا منع زوجي من المغادرة، وتم إغلاق الطريق أمام سيارة الأجرة بواسطة سيارة أخرى، واجتمع حولنا عدد من العاملين، مما تسبب في تعطيلنا وكدنا نفقد رحلة الطيران. كان الموقف مخيفًا وغير احترافي إطلاقًا، ولا يليق بأي منشأة فندقية تحترم ضيوفها.
* تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء Booking.com، وأكدت لي الموظفة أن الفندق لا يحق له مطالبتنا بأي مبلغ لأن سياسة الفندق لا تتضمن تأمينًا على التلفيات. وعندما أخبرهم زوجي بأنه سيستدعي الشرطة، قاموا فورًا بإبعاد السيارة وسمحوا لنا بالمغادرة.

للأسف، بدلًا من أن نشعر بأننا ضيوف مرحب بنا، شعرنا بأننا نتعرض لضغوط ومحاولات للحصول على المال بأي وسيلة. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق التحقيق في هذه الواقعة ومحاسبة المسؤولين عنها حفاظًا على سمعة المكان.

لا أنصح أبدًا بالإقامة في هذا الفندق.
