Beautiful, safe, clean
Pros:

Beautiful new property, immaculate rooms. I felt very safe and it was very private.

Room service was wonderful. They changed your sheets every day, which is amazing and rare.

I loved the look and the feel of the room white with marble incredible Sunset view from inside the courtyard. The sky was gorgeous with the moon and the stars over the turquoise pool.

They had great room service from their two restaurants. The staff was very attentive.

Cons:

The only issue that I had that was a bummer was that the hot water didn’t last long enough to even fill up their beautiful bathtub.

They explained it was because the hot water heater and that I just needed to wait 30 minutes for more hot water, but that is unacceptable because they didn’t tell me ahead of time.

I had to insist that they offer me something for the inconvenience of free breakfast which ultimately they did give me, but it took time to get what I needed. That is my only complaint.

If they hooked up their water to electric, they would have enough hot water for everybody there, and it would be amazing

Nuostabi patirtis gyvenant Casa Maddu 🥰 Personalas buvo tiesiog nuostabus, ir labai prižiūrėjo aplinką nuo drižų irkitų gyvūnėlių, tad jaučiausi saugiai ir ramiai, kad išsimiegosiu 😀🙌 Interjeras puikus, viskas išpuoselėta, tad tikrai kabai labai rekomenduoju šią vietą, kas nori ypatingos tvarkos, jaukumo ir aptarnavimo! Beje pusryčiai tap pat buvo super sknūs! :)

Pros:

Good quality and customer service, all the staff very friendly. Very recommend !! They have breakfast service and buggy transport to restaurant also have spa and gym room ~

Amazing stay and highly recommended.
Pros:

Recently built property so everything is fresh and modern. Nice pool and access to a modern gym 1min walk away. They offered to drive you in the hotel buggy. Nice touch but unnecessary to the gym! Absolutely amazing staff.

Cons:

A couple of trip hazards but quickly adjusted to those!

Minden tökéletes volt. A szoba, a szállás, a környék. A személyzet segítőkészségére és kedvességére nincsenek szavak. A legjobb szállásunk volt a 10 napos utunk során.

Casa Maddu made our stay in Sebatu exceptional!
Pros:

The staff at Casa Maddu was so exceptionally friendly and helpful, our stay there was wonderful! They helped us book drivers around Bali, were so kind and welcoming, even let us hop on the back of their personal scooters for a quick ride around town! We felt truly spoiled staying there. Besides the amazing staff, the resort is luxurious, clean, and in a great location within Sebatu. We were able to walk to several of the sights we wanted to see (Ulu Petano, Pura Garung, and Sari Timbul).

Cons:

From our room there was no view of the exceptional landscape around us. Other than that, no complaints!

Best stay ever
Pros:

EVERYTHING. The facility is a dream and the outstanding service made our stay exceptional. All of the receptionists were lovely and arranging but the one who attended us the most was Eva, she was amazing.

This was probably the best stay we had in our lives, a dream hotel with everyone treating us with such care. We even extended our stay just to enjoy this place a little more.
