Quartos bonitos, teria sido perfeito se não tivéssemos o problema com os chuveiros.
Pros:

Localização excelente e segura, funcionários atenciosos, cortesia de garrafas de água e cápsulas de café diariamente.

Cons:

Infelizmente, o chuveiro estava com problemas, esfriava demais não permitindo um banho de mais de 5 minutos. Nos deram até mais um quarto, porém o problema persistiu quase que todos os dias. E um dos dias, a limpeza do quarto não foi realizada, precisamos solicitar após um dia inteiro fora.

Perfect location in Condesa / Roma, walkable to lots of nice cafes and food spots. Comfy bed and good bathroom.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a really bad fishy smell in our original room. We were moved to a new smaller room after the first night. Staff were friendly but they ignored our complaints about the smell when we moved in and were unable to offer us a partial refund for our troubles.

Good spot, but consider a bigger room if not staying solo.
Pros:

Great location to walk around Condesa / Roma Norte. Room was clean. People were nice, though their English wasn't great.

Cons:

Just kinda cramped for 2 people for multiple days. The bathroom was small, and there were no drawers to put clothes away.

Loved the location
Pros:

Great location with many good cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Also walking distance (around 30mins) to Roma Norte for more food/bar/cafe options as well.

Cons:

The room was right next to the entrance of the hotel so you could hear other guests when they're leaving the hotel or checking out early in the morning. Also ground floor, right next to the street, so the noice from outside can be heard. BUT they provide you with ear plugs, so I guess the property is aware of this and there's nothing they can do about it, which is fair.

Surpresa boa!
Pros:

Localização excelente para quem quer passear a pé por La Condesa e Roma Norte. Rua super tranquila e com restaurantes por perto. O quarto era muito confortável, estava muito limpo e tinha uma varandinha com duas cadeiras e uma mesinha. Eu pedi para ficar no andar térreo porque eu ficaria somente uma noite e tinha duas malas pesadas e por isso não queria subir escadas. Eles atenderam ao meu pedido :) . Se você não se importa em subir escadas com as malas os andares de cima podem ser um pouco mais silenciosos ao acordar. Estava perfeito! Voltaria.

Gostei de tudo.

We would return!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfectly situated if you want to explore Condesa & Roma Norte. The room was by far the best equipped one that we had in our holiday which was remarkable at the price point. Friendly staff and we were able to store our luggage for the whole day before leaving.

Cons:

The rooms on the bottom are a little dark but we booked the lowest category so it was expected.
