Overall nice hotel, but noisy and room was very small. Wouldn't stay there again.

The location was great. The staff friendly. Beautiful hotel. Good restaurant.

Cons:

The room was very small. The hotel was very noisy. You could hear all the noise in the hallway & you could hear people walking around & talking in the room above. Very disappointed and wasn't value for money.

Still our go to hotel in Cambridge
Pros:

Delightful staff, both at reception and the bar and restaurant. Lovely room, comfortable bed, great in-room refreshments. Restaurant is expensive but very enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were disturbed several times, with guests on different levels heard at 11am, 1am, 4am and 6am. This was frustrating as we had specifically asked for a quiet room as we had long days driving. Shame as previously it was very quiet when we stayed during the Melbourne Cup, when it was much busier.

Rosie at reception was excellent, upgrade was appreciated, great idea that minibar on first night is gratis, spent our entire day at your facility, all staff were friendly and attentive

Charming hotel with impeccable accommodations and scrumptious kai
Pros:

Everything was a 10/10. Especially loved the delicious meal from the new winter menu. Serve staff and hotel staff were great - very professional standard of service.
