Everything was good, the staff, food so delicious, very neat and comfortable

Must take care of the toilet, fecal matter from the other rooms showing up in my room 🤮

A bit uncomfortable. I could only sit on the bed. There was no chair or a sofa, nor a table.
Cons:

I battled to operate the tv remote. I was sent a security guy who also couldn't assist. In the end I could not watch tv.

Cons:

The shower. Everytime I took a shower, the bathroom floor would flood. The shower door does not close properly.

The iron was stained and dirty. It took 20min for reception to get me an iron. Called several times and they kept saying someone is coming, only after 20min I got assistance.

The gate access is a nightmare. They asked that we don't hoot when entering but yet the security drag their feet when they have to come open... having our own access would be convenient.

The area was really nice and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

The elevator and entry door to the apartment. Too many locks made it seem/feel unsafe.
