Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The gym and pool were really nice.

Cons:

If you are trying to get a rest, then this is not the place. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear everything outside. The street below is very busy and the noise from the cars will keep you up at night. The room also gets very hot and yhe central air-conditioning does not seem to work.

Not happy with the room at all because of the noise through the separating door from the next room.
Pros:

the bed was comfortable

Cons:

the noise from the room next to me through the door was too much, it was like we were in the same room, we could not sleep, i think its important to ask if a person is comfortable with that room when they book or check in.

Rooms were big and clean

Cons:

Where to start: TV didn’t work, lift got stuck, not noise protected you can hear all the traffic and everything going on in the rooms next door and around you. Staff so loud renovations

Pros:

Nothing services are pathetic. Phone in room isn't working. I called from my cell phone to ask for tea station and it didn't come. I called back after 30minutes to ask and complain and still waiting.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. I came here for a meeting.

It's not up to standards.

Pros:

The place is clean, nice comfortable bed, friendly staff

Cons:

No hot water in the showers at night, no mini bar fridge in the room, noise from cars passing by, the lift not having a button to press when you on the ground floor and want to go up
