My expectations were honestly exceeded. I was thoroughly happy with my stay.

Apartment hotel review
Pros:

The room was lovely.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that although we stayed for two nights and were informed that housekeeping would clean our room the following morning, when we returned after being out for about an hour, the room had still not been cleaned. We had to call again after 2 p.m. for it to be taken care of.

We also expected our towels to be replaced. While they were, we were only given one bath towel for the two of us. In addition, our coffee, tea bags, and sugar were not refilled. I would really appreciate it if these issues could be improved, as they affected our overall experience

The cleanliness

Cons:

Booking through bookings.com. What a scam. It would have been much cheaper to book through the hotel. Even with my genius discount, i paid R200 over the price of the hotel room. A little disappointed as i have been using booking.com for so long

Pros:

The location, accessibility to everything

Cons:

The most noisiest place. Guests make so much noise in the passage making it difficult for one to sleep. It felt like a student residence.

Every other hour there is housekeeping knocking on doors to clean rooms booked for an hour plus...

Also I found my TV not on the wall.but on the couch
