Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews state the hotel and pool were very clean and well maintained (e.g., 'very clean', 'propreté irréprochable').
Service
1
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful and accommodating (mentions of Francesco and reception staff going out of their way).
Location
1
Many guests highlight the central, walkable location and nearby market ('very center of Cancun', walking distance to everything).
Room Quality
1
Rooms are described as spacious with comfortable beds but several guests reported severe issues: almost no hot water and extremely low water pressure in at least one room, plus humidity affecting drying.
Amenities
1
Amenities are mixed: a nice pool and basic parking/supérette nearby, but recurring complaints about no in-room fridge, unreliable hot water/pressure and a missed housekeeping day.
Value for Money
1
Multiple reviewers call it good value for the price and recommend it as an affordable, intimate alternative to large hotels.
Food and Beverage
1
Limited remarks: coffee availability delayed until 9:00 for some guests and breakfast was often not tested; overall F&B mentioned only minimally and with a small complaint.
Overall Experience
1
Overall mixed tone: many guests enjoyed location, cleanliness and the staff and would return, but significant water/hot-water issues for some made experiences uneven—net neutral.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

The location is fantastic—walking distance to ADO, Parque Las Palapas, and Mercado 23! Mercado 28 is right across from the hotel, and a convenience store and laundry are super close. The room is actually a small apartment with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room. The beds are huge and super comfortable! Everything is brand new, clean, and works perfectly!

Pros:

Cons:
