Pros:

Situé en face du Mercado 28, supérette OXXO juste à coté, boulangerie et bureau de change à proximité la localisation est parfaite pour découvrir Cancun.
Le parque Las palapas accessible à pied et sympa et animé le soir pour vivre l'ambiance locale.
la zone est sécurisée, les bus sur l'avenue Tulum située juste derrière le parc amène directement à la zone hôtelière ou vers le ferry pour isla mujeres pour pas cher...

Pros:

Propre, calme si chambre pas sur rue (il a fallu insister …) Semble neuf.

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude pour la douche, rien pour cuisiner correctement (même pas de casserole pour bouillir de l’eau ou un cri couteau pour couper une mangue, pas de micro onde bref vraiment une kitchenette.

Hôtel tranquille a Cancun
Pros:

Grand appartement avec cuisine, calme et confortable.

Cons:

La vue de la chambre pas terrible. Il manquait aussi des torchons (difficile d'essuyer la vaisselle sans torchon), et des serviettes pour les mains.
