Pros:

Lits confortables et personnel très gentil

Cons:

Emplacement en bordure de route. Nuisances sonores de la route avec les fenêtres des chambres qui donnent dessus.
Nous aurions apprécié une autre vue.
Il y avait des travaux ds la rue jusque tard le soir.

Good value hotel
Pros:

I stayed in June 2026 as a foreign tourist. A good value hotel in a good location with a convenience store less then 1 minute walk, a few restaurants bars opposite an a good Mexican market close by too. About a 15 min walk from main bus station. Could easily get ubers from the hotel to all the main tourist locations.

Cons:

Building work was going on during the day at the hotel but caused no issue as I was out
No lift.

The staff was definitely the highlight of the stay: extremely kind, welcoming, and always available. They immediately met our needs and assisted us with a smile in every situation.
Another big advantage is the location: the hotel is just a few steps away from the main square, making it perfect for exploring the city center and enjoying the local atmosphere.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property was under renovation during our stay. However, this was communicated via message right after the booking was made, so it did not come as a surprise.
If your main goal is to visit the beach, the location might not be ideal as it is quite far. That said, this really depends on personal preferences: it’s perfect for those who want to explore the city center, but it may be a drawback for those looking for a beach-focused vacation.

Très bon établissement. Je recommande vivement.
Pros:

L'accueil de l'équipe et le fait que la chambre soit prête avant l'heure prévue. Le confort et la qualité de la literie. La propreté de l'établissement dans sa globalité.
Plein de petits commerces à proximité ainsi que des restaurants et un oxxo juste à côté.

Cons:

La salle de bain est vraiment très petite,pas de place pour poser ses affaires .
Il y a une cafetière dans la chambre mais pas,ne serait ce, qu'une dose de café.

Clean basic accommodation for a night
Pros:

We stayed here one night before an early flight. Sparkling clean accommodation. The AC worked well. So did the WiFi. There is a mini fridge to keep drinks cold.

Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap were provided.

The area felt safe. The gate with entry code made us feel very secure. We walked to nearby Nativos for coffee and to Parque de las Palapas for street tacos for dinner.

The staff were very kind!

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were not informed that the hotel is under construction in the pool area. So there was loud hammering and power tools going until 5:30pm. When I wanted to swim after the workers left, there was sawdust and bits of plaster floating in the pool, so it was not inviting.

There was no wash cloth, kleenex, coffee, paper towel, or water. Every other hotel we've stayed at in Mexico has provided a garrafon of safe drinking water. Because of that, I was glad we were only staying for one night.

Do quarto. Da localização, em frente ao Mercado 28.

Cons:

O hotel está em obras e, durante o dia, faz muito barulho.
Foi cobrada uma taxa adicional de "saneamento", justificando que a Booking me informou na minha reserva. Fiquei surpreso, mas paguei assim mesmo (algo em torno de US$ 15,00.
Ao chegarmos para o check-in, ficamos por cerca de 15 minutos na rua, com as malas, sem poder entrar, porque o portão fica trancado, não nos foi informado a senha para abrir e a recepção fica fora do campo visual de quem chega ao portão. Não existe uma sirene. Só conseguimos entrar quando um hóspede apareceu e pedimos a ele para chamar a recepcionista, que apareceu para abrir o portão.
Não existe um local para se apoiar as malas para abri-las . Tivemos que deixá-las no chão.
