Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a great location!
Pros:

Clean and conveniently located between the train station and the Old City. Very affordable for a private room and bathroom. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Glad we found this place.

Cons:

The room didn’t have any windows. However, I think that probably helped the room stay cool and feel secure.

This hotel truly embodies Lanna and local culture. I loved it here; it's a simple and charming way of life. The people here are very kind and friendly. There's a microwave, oven, toaster, and coffee maker, so you can easily make your own simple breakfast.

Friendly, Clean & Accommodating.
Pros:

The location is perfect for the solo adventure type of person. It’s a short walk to the night markets or the old city. The river beside you offers you a gorgeous spot to walk/run at your convenience. The staff is very accommodating and they go above and beyond to help. The property is cleaned daily and worth every penny. Would definitely stay here my next time in Chiang Mai.

Pros:

The smoking area outside the hotel is lovely; I love the bench. The air conditioning was good, as was the cleaning service. Every day, two bottles of water were provided. Bathroom was nice.
Great location from the hotel.

Cons:

4th floor, no elevator.

Hotel near Nawarat Bridge
Pros:

Good Location. Near market, surrounded by restaurant. Room is very comfortable. Staff is super good.

Cons:

It's maybe noisey due to it's next to main road. No elevator if you carry heavy luggage. Key Card Deposit 1000 Baht is too much, should be around 300-500.
