Pros:

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful
Rooms were very quiet which was surprisingly good given the hotel is located at a busy intersection.
Proximity to Gare Du Norde to facilitate easy transfer to CDG airport.
Great eating options in easy walking distance

Cons:

Neighbourhood seemed to have alot of people loitering. No safety concerns during my stay, but it seemed a neighbourhood that requires increased vigilance to ensure safety

Amazing hotel and amazing spa
Pros:

From check in to leaving the experience was exceptional the staff went above and beyond to do whatever they could and this hotel is in a great location with great transport links and the spa facility is amazing. The rooms are very modern and the beds are very comfortable. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff was helpful and the train station being close by made moving around easy.

Hotel was brilliant, properly stay at different location next time now that we know Paris.
Pros:

Location was ok, we took a bus from train station (Gare du Nord), room was spacious & comfortable, swimming pool, sauna & steam room was fantastic. Breakfast was very delicious.
