Great spacious room
Pros:

Camilla at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating ! Exactly like the picture with modern decor

Cons:

Some of the rooms are facing walls making it dark and dull with little natural light

Pros:

Un excellent séjour ! Le service est irréprochable, avec un personnel chaleureux, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques, et les chambres ainsi que les espaces communs sont impeccablement propres. J’ai passé un très agréable moment et j’ai déjà hâte d’y séjourner à nouveau. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Peut mieux faire...
Pros:

L'emplacement, au dessus d'une sortie de métro, le person̈nel, courtois et très prévenant, surtout les dames au restaurant. La propreté, la piscine.

Cons:

L'accès au spa, seulement 45 min gratuit sur un séjour de 7 jours. Les accès subséquents étant facturés, cela devrait etre indiqué à la réservation. Un client qui reste 1 jour est logé à la même enseigne qu'un client qui resterait 7jours, voire 1 mois...C'est ridicule.
Les équipements au gym, très limités.
La taille de la chambre, minuscule même pour 2 adolescents. Le petit déjeuner sans variété.

Tried to charge for pool sauna when it was apart of my booking. They done this twice.
