Correct mais pas digne d’un 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Propreté et amabilité des serveurs au petit déjeuner
Vue agréable sur la plage.
Super emplacement.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant, peu d’équipement dans les chambres (pas de bouilloire).
Prévoyez de l’argent pour la caution du coffre de chambre.
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas un buffet, mais un plat à la carte du restaurant de l’hôtel.
Énormément de bruits, travaux, discothèque sur le roof top, musique très forte des 7:30 du matin jusqu’à 20h le soir en semaine.

NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUI, ES UN HORROR ... Lo unico bueno de este hotel fue la ubicación, de ahi en fuera todo mal, la masera del club de playa (super pequeño su club) cero amable, el alojamiento no coincidiai para nada con las fotos de booking, pagamos la habitacion con vista al lago y lo unico q se veia era su alberca mega chiquita, y para el colmo al hacer el check out la señora de recepcion (adjunto su fotografía) super grosera solo xq le pregunté de mi factura ya que no me la quisierón generar a pesar de ya se habia pagado con antelacion mi estancia, fue sarcastica, muy grosera y hasta agresiva, esta situación fue la q me hizo colocar esta reseña, ya q uno va de vacaciones y no es justo q señoras con estas tengan este comportamineto tan inapropiadoo 😡.... Asi q CERO recomendable, por ese precio pueden encontrar algo muchísimo mejor en todos los sentidos.

Lo unico que amé fueron las almoadas y la alberca, esta pequeño y en lo personal muy caro para lo k es 😐

El servicio del bar es extremadamente caro, la parte de arriba que esta por la alberca tiene bonita vista y jamas dejan pasar a nadie nisiquiera ofreciendo pagar 😒
En la habitacion habia como mini hormiguitas pero demasiadas, la regadera no salia bien y los muebles huelen raro, a y no tiene fachada propia 😒 el hotel esta atras como escondido 😒, no tiene elevador

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado a solo metros de la calle principal del centro de Plata del Carmen . Y a menos de 500mts del muelle de donde parte el ferry a Cozumel. Excelente le desayuno (casi parece un almuerzo) es a la carta entre varias opciones para elegir. Las habitaciones son correctas . La piscina en la terraza es un plus.

Mr. Arturo at the reception is the friendliest, most courteous, and most helpful receptionist I have ever met.
He is exceptionally polite and tries to help with everything, doing his best to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
If only every hotel had a staff member like him ☺️

El Sr. Arturo, de la recepción, es el recepcionista más amable, atento y servicial que he conocido jamás. Es extraordinariamente cortés; intenta ayudar en todo y hacer que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible. ¡Ojalá todos los hoteles tuvieran un empleado como él! ☺️.

Herr Arturo an der Rezeption ist der freundlichste, zuvorkommendste und hilfsbereiteste Rezeptionist, den ich jemals getroffen habe.
Er ist außergewöhnlich höflich und versucht einem in allem zu helfen und einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.
Hätte nur jedes Hotel ein Mitarbeiter wie ihn ☺️.
