The staff of this hotel deserves a gold medal for customer service. They treat you with happy-go-lucky attitude, respectfully but with smile and genuine pleasure to be of service.

The hotel itself is dreamy, the rooms big and bright, spotlessly clean and well equipped for longer stays too. Soundproof and with good quality extras; big screen satellite tv, bathtub and walk-in shower, both fantastic.

We booked an apartment with friends, including private pool, and were pleased with everything the rooms and hotel had to offer, especially the breakfast was unbelievable! Varied, fresh and super tasty. We also ordered a room delivery service with hotpot, very nice on a rainy evening!

The shuttle service to the nearest nice beaches was a nice touch. The adjacent restaurant serves excellent food, too. Try the phad kra pao and red curry, my favourites. Cocktails in the pool bar where also yammy!

Für mich sehr gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück finde ich für thailändische Verhältnisse als sehr gut. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und befindet sich auf dem Dach. Es ist kein Strandhotel mit direktem Zugang zum Meer was mir aber auch bekannt war. 7 Eleven fußläufig in 3-5 Minuten erreichbar. Dass es Leute gibt die das Hotel bewerten mit ,,was hat ihnen gefallen,, mit nichts, Antworten ist mir völlig unbegreiflich.

Cons:

Am Pool sind keine klassischen Liegen vorhanden, ich sag mal Liegesäcke oder sowas in der Art. Diese sind zwar bequem, für ältere Menschen nicht so optimal.

Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, потому что в нем все прекрасно! Потрясающий вид бухту из номера, вежливый персонал, разнообразные завтраки на любой вкус, рядом пирс, что для нас было очень важно.

Cons:

The structural design of the building seems to lack any acoustic insulation. Despite being on the 5th floor, I could clearly hear conversations happening on the first floor due to the building's echo, and the sound of doors closing on lower levels was jarringly loud throughout the day and night.

Nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Leider nichts.

Cons:

Wir hatten die „Präsidenten-Suite“ gebucht. Es wäre wohl ausreichend es als Familiensuite zu bezeichnen.
Das Frühstück war überschaubar.
Die Lage war so weit von allem weg. Wir mussten uns für eine Tag einen Roller mieten.
Uns hat eine Nacht in diesem Hotel gereicht.

Все ок жену поздравили с днем рождения с десертом 5 том этаже 505 номере остались бассейн красивы правда 1.2 метр и немножко холодный а так все на высшем уровне когда уходили жену стала плохо парень в ресепшене очень помог лёд принёс и полотенце вообщем большой молодец 👍 из-за этого я поставил 9 а так хотел 8 поставить
