Very disappointed that we were not told about all the extra charges at time of booking.
Pros:

The room was small but good, and a walk in shower was great with good hot water. To have kitchen facilities was wonderful especially a fridge.

Cons:

We could not get in as we didn't receive a code, we had to tap on the window for the receptionist to let us in. It took a long while to check in and had to do the ID verification again even though I had already done this on line. The receptionist was pleasant but didn't give us vital information that we should have been aware of when booking, she did say there was a link to the hotel boarding pass for information. After travelling since 4.30am and check in was at 4pm, I was not in a frame of mind to start checking out hotel facilities at that time. As in all hotels that I have ever stayed at, (and I have travelled a lot over many years) the usual thing to do is put the wet towels on the floor for exchange to new ones. The following day we came back after a day out and the towels were still wet on the floor. There was another person on reception, who was not helpful and spent her time looking at her phone, she said the towels can be exchanged for 15 Euros, and as we are having a long stay (8 nights) we are entitled to 1 room clean and I had to nominate the day. My only option was to go down to the basement where 2 washing machines are located and wash the towels myself. Of course the machines were busy and I had to spend over 2 hours to wash and dry my towels. I contacted management by email and they apologised and said as we did not know they would give us a set of towels complimentary and the room clean when I nominated the day, Several days passed and no towels and no room clean and about 10 emails back and forth and nothing was done, no towels and no room clean, even though this was our 6th day at the hotel. When I pointed out that I did nominate a day on second day of our stay for a room clean, the answer was that they are too busy. My reply was that all I want is a set of sheets, pillowcases and fresh towels and I will do it myself, the complimentary offer was not fulfilled, and I would not pay extra for these. We had to pick these up from reception.

Pros:

Odamızdan sürekli örümcek ve böcek çıkıyordu. 2 gece daha satın almamıza rağmen erken otelden çıkış yapıp başka otele geçtik. Otel e durumu söylememize rağmen cevapları bize böceklerin zararsız olduğunu söylediler. Odamız apartman boşluğuna baktığı için buradan geliyorlar dediler. Kısacası ailece mağdur olduk. Hayatımda bu kadar kötü otel e denk gelmedim. Kalan 2 gece ücretini geri istedim. Onuda olumsuz iade edemeyiz dediler. Sizler gibi firmaların böyle otellerle çalışmamaları lazım. Zaten ben sizin isminize güvenerek otelde konaklamak istedim.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in bester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Lage ist hervorragend. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of central attractions, and there's a metro station nearby. Pleasant and customer-oriented staff, excellent room amenities. Laundry facilities available.
When I checked out, I forgot something in the room; they found it and left it for me to store at the reception.

Great experience in Paris
Pros:

It’s a good hotel for families. The rooms are comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, in our apartment there was an issue with the electric towel dryer, and unfortunately nobody came to fix it during our stay.

I would also not recommend taking the breakfast option, especially for families with children, because breakfast is not served inside the hotel. You need to walk around 5 minutes to an outside restaurant, which is not very convenient for families with kids.
