Un soggiorno da Sultano
Pros:

Posizione centrale, colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce tutto di ottima qualità.
Arredamento molto particolare, perché sembra di essere tornati al tempo dei sultani
Nota speciale per Emre, sempre cordiale e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza, che ci è dispiaciuto non vedere prima della partenza. Un caro saluto da Roberto e Rita.

Худший мой опыт за всё время на сервисе booking. У нас был заказан трансфер из аэропорта до отеля. Мы его ждали уставшие с вещами, прождали обозначенное время, машины не было. Какой-то посредник сказал нам, что мы должны либо ждать или можем уйти и ехать как захотим. Мы ушли. В это время нам стали звонить и писать из отеля, что машина якобы ждет нас. Мы вернулись, но машины так и не было, мы прождали снова, машина не приезжала, тогда я написал отелю, что мы поедем на uber. мы поехали на стороннем такси, потому что сил ждать не было. По дороге в отель сотрудник отеля написал нам отказ в заселении, чтобы мы искали себе другое жилье. Деньги вернулись, но на следующий день пытались списать заново. Но их ждал провал. Какие деньги за отмененное бронирование? Ха ха, просто стыд. Люди не могут организовать адекватный трансфер за хорошую цену, а потом еще и подставляют с заселением. Не рекомендую, в Турции явно есть хорошие люди, а есть вот такие.

Bien!, Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Me gusto mucho la atención del personal y la ubicación. Se encuentra en una zona cercana a la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofía, Cisternas y museos.

Cons:

El edificio no tiene ascensor. Las habitaciones son pequeñas.

The best experience ever.
Pros:

I don’t know from where to start, the hotel is nice and clean. The location is the indicated and it’s easy to walk to a lot of attractions. But what I liked most was the human treatment. I have to thank all the guys from reception because they made my experience even better than expected. Ardau and the guys are very professional, polite and friendly. Also the lady cleaning she was really nice and they all took care of me. I really appreciate to find people like them.

Lo mejor el personal, el hotel regular.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena.
El personal muy amable y simpático. Te ayudan y te facilitan cualquier cosa. Ellos son loejor del hotel

Cons:

El hotel son varios edificios separados. Por lo que si te toca en uno diferente al de recepcion, tienes que salir a la calle e ir para desayunar, para cualquier gestión, etc ( aunque está cerca, no es lo más cómodo).

El desayuno pobre, poca variedad y no muy bueno, cuando se acaba algo no reponen si tú no lo pides...yo todos los días tenía que pedir leche, si no.. no la ponían incluso teniéndola en la nevera.

La puerta de entrada de la calle a nuestro edificio era con código.. se acababa la batería y ya no funcionaba, tenían que venir a abrir o dejar la puerta abierta. Le tenían cargando con un cable.

No hay ascensor y escaleras estrechas, si vas con maletas grandes no es muy cómodo.
