Their staff named rubel lakshi very helpful. The place is really at the bukit bintang city centre, restaurants are everywhere. Which is very convenient.Walk distance to pavilion mall only 6-7 minutes. Rubel lakshi is 👏👏👍👍 great , helpful & friendly 👍👍

Toilet need to clean a little bit more .

Close to it but not in it.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. Rubel was always there with a smile, asking if I needed anything and also gave directions and restaurant referrals. The location is excellent. Close to the action but not in it. I’d definitely return.

Cons:

The furniture is worn. No refrigerator or microwave in the room but at this price point, I couldn’t take that from the stay.

Pros:

Great value for the money. It is very close to the action but not in it. Very walkable. The staff was great. Restaurant referrals, directions, etc. Rubel kept a smile and always asked how he could assist. I would definitely book here again when I return to KL.

Cons:

The furniture is really worn. Theres no refrigerator or microwave. At this price point, I couldn’t take that away. It was a great stay overall.
