Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

The location is excellent, very convenient and perfect for exploring the area. The staff are absolutely lovely: kind, welcoming, professional and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Mr. Rubel, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and friendly throughout my stay. His kindness and professionalism really made a difference and made me feel very welcome.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The mattress is excellent and the pillows are incredibly comfortable, which made sleeping especially pleasant. The air conditioning works perfectly, there is always hot water, and another detail I really appreciated is the free mineral water available on every floor.

Everything was well organized and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after during my entire stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you again to all the staff, and especially to Mr. Rubel, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable.

Location was ideal. Staff were great.

Cons:

The actual facilities of the building are run-down. Windows with broken locking mechanism. Wall plugs falling out of the walls. Bathroom doors fraying and not closing properly. Shower ceiling with mold and falling apart. Pillows are yellow and stained.

Excellent Stay and Great Staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is close to almost all the services and amenities you may need.

The staff are amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to Rubel and Lakshi, who were always friendly, supportive, and willing to help whenever needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Location and comfortable bed.

Cons:

When we checked-in the receptionist was busy using his mobile, no greetings or acknowledment. We had to wait until he finished. The room did not have towels or bathmat. Toilet seat was not clean. Plug points on the wall didn't work. Dirty and mouldy bathroom. We immediately raised the issues. Booking.com photos of the room shows kettle but there wasn't one. When asked about it, they said they no longer provide kettle. Rooms are not serviced unless guests requests.
