This is not something that I didnt like, but I was charged AED350 that they said was fully refundable. I can see that I was taken from my accout but I still havent received it back yet.

Pros:

Shangri-La Hotel is overall a very good choice. The location is excellent, facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. The staff service is professional and attentive, while the breakfast menu offers a strong variety with good quality options.

Archel at the front desk was absoluely a pleasure to deal with. Top customer service and a smooth check in and check out from him. He was very attentive to our needs and super welcoming!

The staff at the pool were also very helpful and attentive.

1. Потрясающий персонал. Здесь действительно чувствуется искреннее желание сделать ваш отдых особенным и запоминающимся.
Kunga и Sheila — вы просто лучшие! Благодаря вам этот отдых останется в памяти на всю жизнь. Отдельное спасибо за апгрейд номера на одну ночь — это был действительно невероятный опыт проживания.
Khodaranm — ты великолепен! Кажется, ты знаешь абсолютно всё о Дубае и всегда готов помочь советом.
2. Отличные номера и потрясающие виды. Особенно если вам повезёт получить номер с видом на Burj Khalifa — это отдельный вид удовольствия.
3. Великолепный бассейн. Нет, он правда шикарный: много зелени, атмосфера полного расслабления и невероятный вид на Burj Khalifa. Очень красиво и днём, и вечером.
4. Высокий уровень сервиса и чистоты. Рум-сервис приходит два раза в день, уборка всегда идеальная.
5. Очень приятны комплименты от отеля — например, свежие фрукты в номер. Такие детали создают ощущение настоящей заботы о гостях.
6. Отличное расположение — удобно добираться практически до любых ключевых мест города.
7. Отдельного упоминания заслуживают шикарные панорамные виды со смотровой площадки — это просто незабываемо.
8. Отличная спортивная инфраструктура. В отеле есть современный спортзал, теннисный корт и сквош — всё в очень хорошем состоянии. Большой плюс для тех, кто любит поддерживать активный образ жизни даже во время отдыха.

Excellent stay with great service and Burj Khalifa views
Pros:

We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed every part of our visit.

The lounge experience was one of the highlights. Ms. Janet was very attentive, warm, and kind throughout both our afternoon tea and happy hour. The Assistant Front Office Manager, Mr. Akshat was also very welcoming and kindly assisted us with visiting a space that is only open to guests with special access, which made the stay feel even more memorable. The security team was also very kind, helpful, and supportive.

Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. We were able to check in early, and the reception team also allowed us to check out an hour later than scheduled, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a room with a Burj Khalifa view, which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even better.

The room was very nice, the water pressure was strong, and breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The pool had a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing.

It would have been even better if the lounge had been operational in its original location, and if the indoor pool and jacuzzi were available. However, this was not a deal breaker at all, as we still enjoyed the temporary lounge and were able to enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi when it was quiet, shaded, and not crowded.

Overall, we had no issues at all and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Few minor issue was that the bidet button was a little difficult to press, but it did not affect our overall stay. It would also have been even better if the lounge and indoor pool had been operational during our stay, as this would have made the experience feel more complete
