Sehr schönes Hotel mit Stil und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Garage und Parkservice. Unweit vom Palast der Päpste und der Pont d‘Avignon.
Sehr, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Bekam auf Grund meiner Gehprobleme ein tolles Zimmer Upgrade mit sehr komfortabler Dusche. Vielen Dank nochmals.

La ubicación es inmejorable ... No desayuno pero el comedor para cenar es muy agradable y la comida buenísima

beaux volumes dans la chambre, hotel tres bien situé. tout peut etre fait à pied!
voiture garée dans le secteur par un voiturier à l'arrivée.

Cons:

vue sur cour mais malheureusement peu d'intimité si les rideaux sont ouverts.

We were sad to leave, but are looking forward to our next stay Patrick helped us with everything during our stay.

小さな部屋だが美しく気分が良い。
スタッフもホスピタリティに溢れていた。
ホテルのグレードはスタッフの優秀さから始まる気がする。それが設備や衛生にも繋がるのではと色んなホテルに泊まって感じた。

Cons:

朝食は素晴らしい質だが、フルーツはもう少し食べやすいもの、パンの種類がもう少し多いと満足する。シリアルが多くて⋯。5つ星なのでスタッフの制服はもう少し清潔感があった方が良い。

Freundliches Personal! Top Lage!
Pros:

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, können dieses Hotel aber sehr empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst und der Weg zum Eingang führt durch einen wunderbaren Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber wie alles andere seinen Charme. Für unser Auto haben wir den kostenpflichtigen Valetservice genutzt, da sonst keine Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden waren. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten!

Cons:

Finde duschen in der Badewanne nicht ideal. Aber das ist wohl Ansichtssache...
