Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews report cleanliness problems: ashtrays and loungers dirty with bird droppings, rooms described as dirty on arrival and strong cigarette smell; also bathroom maintenance issues noted.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, professional and welcoming (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, spa staff); one review reported very rude staff, so overall sentiment is positive but with isolated negative experience.
Location
1
Many guests highlight a very good location and easy parking; a few mention the hotel sits in an industrial area, so location sentiment is mostly positive with some caveats.
Room Quality
1
Several guests praise comfortable beds, spacious suites and good bedding; however some rooms had issues (bed springs felt in one room, leaking shower faucet, soap/shampoo placement problems).
Amenities
1
Spa and wellness facilities are a frequent complaint: small, limited, broken hammam, often unusable or require prior booking and perceived as overpriced. Parking is noted positively; minibar/room kit issues also mentioned.
Value for Money
1
Several complaints about extra charges (hydromassage), high spa prices and disappointing inclusion (empty minibar, missing courtesy kit); one guest unable to charge EV despite paying full price.
Food and Beverage
1
Food is consistently praised: exceptional and varied breakfasts, fresh juices, excellent restaurant and brunch, and 24/7 restaurant service noted positively.
Overall Experience
1
Many guests describe memorable, excellent stays and willingness to return or recommend; persistent issues (spa, occasional cleanliness and isolated rude staff) temper the overall impression.
