Tinha tudo para ser um ótimo hotel , mas infelizmente a esperiencia não foi boa e não voltaria até que tomem providência

O quarto em frente a uma obra , depois de muito mal estar me trocaram de quarto porém um barulho infernal da ruma que nem fone de ouvido nem travesseiro na cara resolvia , tentamos por toalha na porta , absurdo

Pros:

Hotel je zelo lepo urejen in ima bazen. Nahaja se na umirjeni lokaciji. Ponuja odlične zajtrke in ima restavracijo in bar ob bazenu. Osebje je zelo prijazno. Soba je zelo lepa, čista in ima kad na balkonu. Hotel ponuja brezplačne prevoze do Lamai plaže in nazaj večkrat na dan. Poleg tega se je mogoče udeležiti več delavnic, ki jih ponuja hotel, kot so učenje Muay Thai, masaže rok, kuharska delavnica in še kaj drugega. Mogoče si je tudi brezplačno izposoditi kajak ali sup desko.

Cons:

Plaža pri hotelu je neurejena in na nekaterih predelih so smeti. Plaža ni ravno primerna za kopanje, je pa super za kajak ali sup desko. Poleg tega sva bila z ženo na medenih tednih, kar sva jim tudi sporočila, pa nama niso napravili nič posebnega.

Spectaculaire le staff à la cuisine est incroyable ! Je ne sais pas comment il s’appelle il y’a un monsieur qui prend vraiment soin des autres il a un don et sa gentillesse fait tout ! (Il est au petit-déjeuner au bar) Merci ☺️le coach de sport est très bonne vibe aussi on a adoré le cours de boxe avec lui merci !!!!!!

Lovely friendly hotel, great facilities
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly staff, (especially the bar and reception staff) good sized rooms and nice pool area. Good facilities and free activities.

Cons:

A bit of a walk to town/ beach but a shuttle bus could be booked if early enough, (we had a large group which made it slightly harder) the beach access was a nice touch, it was a bit rocky but the paddle board and kayaks were great fun and beach shoes supplied if needed. The litter in surrounding area was a bit of a shame (but not actually in the section directly in front of hotel. We had issues with the restaurant, slow service, food arriving at different times, starters/ sides served after mains etc and they were very defensive when we tried to explain our problem. (I suspect a lot of the issues were possibly due to language barrier though as we don’t speak Thai) and the food itself when it arrived was delicious.one of the rooms had to be changed due to noise but it actually worked out okay as in the end we were given a room closer to the rest of our party.

Un hôtel au calme, avec de nombreux équipements
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, un peu excentré du centre de Lamai, mais accessible à pied. L’hôtel met également une navette gratuite à disposition.
L’hôtel dispose d’énormément d’équipements : salle de sport/boxe ; service de location de scooter et voiture, cours de cuisine thaï, kayak.
Il y a également un accès direct sur une belle plage, avec transat et quelques restaurants et café.
Le personnel est exceptionnel et fera tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Notre séjour à Koh Samui était parfait, j’ai déjà hâte d’y revenir.

Die Location könnte für den ein oder anderen Besucher etwas unkomfortabel sein. Aber das ist ja sowieso sehr individuell
