Amazing hotel!
Pros:

Great location. Not too quiet, not too busy. Right besides the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had to change hotels upon arriving in Koh Samui last minute, and we were able to check in right away.

The room was very spacious and extremely clean. I would recommend everyone to partake in the complimentary muay thai class, very fun even if you have zero experience!

Beautiful quiet beech resort with extra activities available
Pros:

Excellent position-quiet beach front and clean pool. Lovely room overlooking sea view. Helpful staff and great free stretch and Mai Thai lessons in small gym We also did the Thai cooking lesson which was great fun and good value. Reliable air con and wifi

Our stay has been perfect, thank you.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Located on a private beach with access to a free kayak and paddle board. The pool area was beautiful, lots of sun loungers, very clean, nice colour theme. Free shuttle to Lamai beach.

Cons:

A Little far out from Lamai beach however the hotel offers a free shuttle service.

Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner, bien que répétitif, était très bon. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine ainsi que la possibilité d’accéder à la plage sont très appréciables.

Cons:

L’hôtel est situé à proximité d’une route très passante, et la chambre est mal insonorisée. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, il est difficile de s’endormir. La climatisation était également bruyante. De plus, des travaux avaient lieu dans un autre hôtel juste en face de ma chambre, ce qui était vraiment désagréable.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, Personal sehr aufmerksam, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es fehlte an nichts. Die Hotelanlage mit Pool ist immer sauber und sehr gepflegt, ebenso die Zimmer. Kochkurs, Muay Thai Kurs, Massage, Rollerverleih waren zur Abwechslung ein prima Angebot. Herzlichen Dank für die Geburtstagsüberraschung und die schönen Abende an der Bar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I liked it!
Pros:

The breakfast was rich, sports possibilities, the staff was very friendly. Golf did a very good Muay Thai training…I did also a cooking class and joined the hand massage classes… I loved the bath tub on the balcony.

Cons:

The construction work on the right side of the hotel, was too loud and partially very disturbing.

Also I didnt like that you had almost no real entry to the sea, because of the rocks. We took a scooter and went to other beaches… if you are a pool guy then it is perfect!

Pros:

Были в середине марта. Отель неплохо расположен. Относительно подъезда к отелю - все классно. Вид из номера отличный. Без вопросов. Номера убирают хорошо и ежедневно. За все время проживания не возникло ни одного вопроса относительно уборки.

Cons:

Расположение относительно пляжа - не очень: грязная береговая линия (персонал в течение дня несколько раз собирает водоросли, выброшенные на берег, но этого недостаточно для красивой картинки), местами под водой попадаются достаточно острые камни, которые невозможно заметить. Персонал отеля приветлив, услужлив. Персонал ресторана (хотя это тоже отель, но все же) ведет совершенно иначе. По всей видимости установка от руководства - продать, как можно больше. Поэтому отношение хорошее, пока что-то покупаете по меню.

В целом, предостерегаю вас, уважаемые путешественники, отель хорош, но в этой замечательной и качественной бочке есть ОГРОМНАЯ ложка дёгтя - здесь все заряжено на максимальные продажи и в достаточно агрессивной (в плане маркетинга) манере.
