Dacă ar fi ieftin, ar fi ok
Pros:

Partea bună a fost că am avut unde dormi.

Cons:

Dacă ar fi ieftin, ar fi ok. Dar pentru ce oferă, e foarte scump. Un preț corect ar fi cam la jumătate.
Zona. Ar fi frumoasă dacă ai vedea-o. Dar n-o vezi. Căsuțele sunt pe latura lungă a unui teren îngust. Vezi dosul bucătăriei, coasta și dosul unei case, niște acareturi, un șopron, un gard care stă să cadă, dincolo de care e o râpă din care cresc copaci. Pe gard sunt afișe cu "nu vă urcați pe gard, pericol de cădere în prăpastie". Atenție la copii.
Căsuțele. La 1,20 metri una de cealaltă. Bloc de garsoniere confort 2, cam ăsta e feelingul. Căsuța, întunecoasă. Fereastra (mică) și ușa au geam mat, nu vezi nimic afară (că tot n-ai ce vedea) și nu intră suficientă lumină. Baia, mare, însă au pus dușul direct de la chiuvetă, feeling de garsonieră confort 3. Nu există cabină de duș. Televizorul se întrerupea în mod bizar - tot săreau siguranțele căsuței până ne-am prins de ce: în același timp se încălzea și boilerul. Vine o vreme în sejurul la căsuțele Doftanei când trebuie să alegi între televizor și apa caldă. Lenjeria de pat, dubioasă rău. Podelele acoperite de slin.
Bucătăria. Slinoasă.
Oamenii. Oh, oamenii. Am rezervat într-o vineri pe la prânz, cu plata *în avans*, pentru aceeași vineri. Am sunat la un moment dat la numărul din emailul de confirmare, nu au răspuns, nu au sunat înapoi. Ok, nu-i grav. Ajungem la căsuțele Doftanei, sunăm din nou. Nu răspunde nimeni. Pe poartă e totuși un banner cu un număr de telefon, altul. Sunăm, răspunde un tip care habar n-avea de noi. Ne-o dă pe mămică-sa (presupun), care se preface foarte surprinsă că are turiști. Apropo, a mai zis cineva aici: căsuța apare ca fiind ultima disponibilă - de fapt e singura pusă pe Booking, restul erau goale când am ajuns. Și pentru că nu eram decât noi cu noi și cu proprietăreasa "surprinsă" la telefon, a trebuit să scormonim după chei, să descuiem, să pornim siguranțele. Am făcut tot ce trebuia să facă ei, iar pentru asta am plătit cei 30 de lei "taxă de parcare".

Relaxare în natură
Pros:

Un peisaj mirific, gazde primitoare. Căsuța a fost ok. Chiar ne-a surprins cat e de mare. Are căldură și chiar am avut nevoie seara. Liniște. Bucătărie foarte bine utilată și frigider în cameră.

Cons:

Problemă majoră a fost lipsa wifi. Se stricase cablul. Noi suntem genul care lucrăm în weekend și fără wifi nu a fost posibil. Hot spot a mers foarte greu fiindcă semnalul era slab. De aceea am plecat după 1 noapte. Am mai fi stat dar aveam de lucrat.

A doua problemă a fost salteaua tare. Unora le place dar mie nu.

O chestie care ne-a dat un pic de gândit. Pe Booking apărea ultima căsuță disponibilă. Când am ajuns acolo, nu era nimeni în afară de noi. Nu ne-a deranjat dar mi s-a părut o tehnică de marketing dusă la extrem. Să spui ca nu mai sunt camere când nu e nimeni acolo, mi se pare ciudat.

Close to Lake but no access to or Lake view at all.
Pros:

Very clean cabin with comfortable bed. Host is friendly. Place is quiet and family friendly

Cons:

No access to lake. Though right at the lake, there ia no way to even see the lake from the place. You cannot walk to lake as well.

Locatie frumoasa in natura
Pros:

Locatia este foarte frumoasa, intr-o zona linistita la marginea padurii. Casutele sunt comfortabile, curate si calduroase. Doamna care ne-a gazduit a fost foarte amabila.
Ca bonus, au 3 catei simpatici si jucausi care ne-au tinut companie seara, desi a plouat constant :).
Dorim sa revenim pentru o sedere mai lunga!

Cons:

O singura recomandare pentru vizitatori. Sa aveti papuci de casa cu voi, podeaua poate fi rece.

Pros:

Personal amabil.

Cons:

Condiții proaste de cazare. Lipsa sistem incalzire în baie. Nu se putea face un dus în acele condiții. Este pentru prima dată în foarte multi ani in care mi se cere plata pentru parcare deși nu ai cum sa ajungi acolo fără mașină. Pretul foarte mare in raport cu condițiile oferite.

Cons:

I booked this property via Booking.com and received confirmation, but when I arrived with my 7-year-old child after a very long drive, I was told they had no rooms available. This left us stranded in a remote area at night with no safe place to stay.

To add more to it, the receptionist took the situation extremely lightly and at no point did she pause to apologise and CONTINUED MAKING CREPES whilst I was standing there. It was CLEAR that this was confirmed by the host, however she did not even have the decency to acknowledge their mistake.

The hotel staff offered no assistance or alternative and simply refused us at the door. Because of this, I was forced to drive for several hours late at night through mountain roads, eventually having to find an alternative accommodation in Brașov at great cost and stress.

This was an absolutely unacceptable experience — not only unprofessional, but dangerous.

Advice to future guests:
Do not rely on this property to honor your booking, even with confirmation. They left us without accommodation and in an unsafe situation.

Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, leuke plek om te zijn, propere accommodatie.

Cons:

Weinig privé ruimte om op je zelf te zijn, geen eigen salonnetje of keukentje. Voor wie houdt van gedeeld leven (er is een gedeelde keuken en grote zaal) prima maar voor wie op zijn privacy minder geschikt.
We hadden gehoopt via het verblijf toegang te hebben tot het nabije stuwmeer maar dat was niet voorzien. Via het naburige hotel-restaurant konden we wel naar het meer. Door droogte was er bij ons verblijf wel geen meer op die plek maar enkel de rivier naar het meer. Voor onze jongens prima vermaak maar wel niet zwemmen in het meer.
