We had the best stay at this hotel, staff were so friendly, attentive, and catered to our needs.
Pros:

The suite we stayed in was so beautifully decorated and luxurious. I loved the way it was designed - very soothing to the eyes and calming. The staff were so wonderful and friendly.

完美，非常完美
Pros:

印象最深刻的是服務人員的細節以及笑容，總能在你準備做下一動時，他們先幫你做了，真的非常貼心，服務是七星級的水準。
住宿方面，房間大小適中、陽台打開就是泳池，每天都非常享受。
餐點部分，早餐是點餐式的buffet，能夠將泰北的所有特色料理收進囊中，自助式的餐點也都非常有水準
整體而言，我給滿分。每年都會再來入住享受清邁假期。

לא היו לנו ציפיות מהמלון, אבל הופתענו לטובה ובגדול. מלון בוטיק פנטסטי. מהרגע שנכנסנו למלון קיבלנו שירות מעולה- קבלת פנים מאוד מרשימה, עיצוב המלון להפליא, חדר מהמם ונוח, בריכה מעולה וארוחת בוקר פשוט מהסרטים עם שמפניה 🍾 ומלצרים מסביב שרק מחכים להביא לך כל מה שתרצה.

שלקחנו רק לילה אחד במלון. אם אי פעם נחזור לצ׳יאנג מאי בהחלט נחזור למלון הזה.

Fantastic hotel in Nimman
Pros:

This hotel is well located in Nimman, perfect if you love coffee shops and massage places. The hotel is set back from a main road, quiet but the planes can be noisy (ear plugs sort it). The staff are incredible from the moment you get in the door! The place is super clean, breakfast delicious and the rooms are a great size. I recommend a pool room

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. But the staff were the biggest asset for the property as they could not have been more friendly and provided excellent service. From the impressive welcome tea service to the excellent breakfast buffet and cooking and Thai tea making lessons. They brought my friend a birthday brownie and drinks and sang to her for a wonderful treat. Really a great team. The neighborhood was walkable and had everything you could want.

Cons:

The plane noise was very loud at times as it is right by the airport which was not clear in any of the reviews.
