Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviewers explicitly praised cleanliness ("very clean", "Perfecta limpieza", "everything was clean and in excellent condition"). Overall cleanliness is a clear positive.
Service
1
Staff are described as friendly, kind and helpful in several reviews (assisted with clinic info, vacuum, extra room cards); a few notes about reception sometimes unmanned or staff appearing tired make this a modest positive.
Location
1
Consistently noted as excellent: close to Ueno Park, stations, restaurants and convenience stores; quiet/secluded despite proximity to food areas.
Room Quality
1
Rooms repeatedly described as spacious and well equipped, but some negatives (beds a little stiff, awkward hanging lights) temper the score.
Amenities
1
Mixed amenities: well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities are positives, but lack of a clothes dryer, limited housekeeping (only once per stay mentioned) and no standard hotel services (no breakfast, reception sometimes unmanned) are significant drawbacks.
Value for Money
1
Multiple reviewers commented that rooms were spacious for the price and reasonably priced overall, making value a modest positive.
Food and Beverage
1
There is no on-site breakfast or conventional hotel F&B service (reviewers explicitly noted the absence); while nearby restaurants (including halal and Korean options) are available, the hotel's own F&B offering is a clear negative.
Overall Experience
1
General sentiment is positive (several guests said they 'loved it', would stay again, praised location and staff). However, service/amenity limitations (housekeeping frequency, reception availability, no breakfast) keep this to a modest positive.

Pros:

Very clean room with tons of space to spread out, convenient to major train station

Cons:

When we first arrived there was nobody to take our luggage prior to check in, and nobody picked up when we called for an attendant multiple times (they had an iPad at the desk to call for someone). It also appeared the luggage just gets left at the front desk rather than in a locked storage room

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

La calidad-precio era cara.
