Güzel bir otel fakat müşteri profili sıkıntılı
Pros:

Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve seçenek çok. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Odalar her gün temizleniyordu. Konum merkeze uzak olmasına rağmen meydana yürüyerek yaklaşık bebek arabası ile 15 dakika sürüyordu. Markete ve sokak satıcılarına yakındı.

Cons:

Bazı milletlerde mensup müşteriler otel için büyük sıkıntı. Bağıra bağıra konuşmalar, gecenin bir saatinde rahatsız edici derece de ses çıkarmaları ve hiçbir kurala uymamaları büyük sıkıntı. Havuz başında sigara içmek yasak olmasına rağmen nargile içen davarlar vardı. Bunu bilerek gelin.

נדרש לשפר את נקיון הבריכה, יש עובש באריחים ונקיון קבוע ישמור על זה.
ובנקיון החדר לוודא שיש שמפו קונדישינר .. ולא שנצטרך לקרוא למילוי כל 3 ימים.

جيدة جداً لولا عدم الاهتمام الكافي في تنظيف الغرفة وموقع التكييف السيئ داخل الغرفة.

Cons:

عدم الاهتمام بالنظافة في الغرفة من قبل خدمة التنظيف ويجب إبلاغهم في كل مرة! .. كذلك موقع التكييف في الغرفة غير مناسب مما سبب لنا ارهاقاً بسبب الهواء البارد!

الموقع حيث يوجد على شارع عام وبعيد عن الإزعاج ويوجد بالقرب من الفندق جميع احتياجات النزلاء من مغاسل ملابس ومحلات الصرافة وصيدلية وسفن الفن كما يمكن الوصول إلى شاطئ باتونغ وسنترال مول وشارع بنغلا رود لمسافة عشر دقائق مشياً على الأقدام إضافة إلى روح المرح التي يتميز بها طاقم العمل في الإستقبال وعلى رأسهم السيدة ( بو ) حيث قدمت لي خدمة جليلة كعمل إنساني خارج عن نطاق العمل أيضاً مطعم الفندق يتميز بوجود شف اردني وشف هندي غاية في التعامل مع نزلاء الفندق مع تنوع أطباق الفطور الصباحي ومحاولات كسب ود النزلاء وتبادل الابتسامة والتسابق في تقديم الخدمات الغرف واسعة جداً والأسرة تتميز بنظافتها وفخامتها عمال خدمات الغرف يعملون بجد شرفة الغرفة وإطلالتها على الحديقة المجاورة تبعث البهجة شكراً لكل العاملين على هذا الفندق، الفندق عائلي بامتياز وهو ملاذي الأول عند العودة إلى بوكيت
