Good location
Pros:

The location is exceptional, a very short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. It's on a lovely and quiet side street.

Cons:

The breakfast is basic but fine. The food is fresh and when they run out of food, there isn't any more. They ran out of bread one morning while we were there. It means the food is fresh. You need to go early for breakfast otherwise there isn't much left.

Par rapport à la Réactivité de l'hôtel concernant la télévision qui était cassée, le mini bar qui était en panne, la chambre qui n'était pas prête à accueillir un client.

Je me permets ce courrier pour vous faire part des manquements et dysfonctionnements auxquels j'ai été confronté dans votre hôtel le mercredi 03 juin 2026.

J'arrive à l'accueil ce jour là vers 18h00 après une longue journée de congrès, je suis surpris qu'on me dise que je ne suis pas dans le système et qu'il n'ya pas de réservation à mon nom ,alors que booking m'a prélevé 535,13 € le 27 mai, j'avais aussi avec moi la confirmation de réservation 6674.397.066 de booking pour Hotiday Room Collection .J'ai dû attendre qu'on me donne " la dernière chambre de l'hôtel " .

Je précise que j'ai avec moi les photos. 

J'ai payé 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner, mais j'étais tellement déçu que je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner ce matin.

Classic small Paris hotel very close to the Arc De Triomph with a great breakfast.
Pros:

It's a great little hotel - BUT - the address provided by Hotiday is WRONG and if you follow it you will not find the hotel!!!! Hotiday says it is at 12 Rue Chalgrin. This is completely wrong. You are actually staying at Chalgrin Boutique Hotel at 1, Rue d’Argentine 75116 Paris. This is just round the corner from the non-existent 12 Rue Chalgrin, but that doesn't help when your taxi driver takes you where you asked and then can't find number 12. The hotel itself is good. As usual with Paris central hotels, the room was on the small side, but well equipped, spotlessly clean and with a nice bathroom with copious hot water. The breakfast was classic small French hotel - lots of choice and good quality food. We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It would have been better if we hadn't been stressed out trying to find the hotel because Hotiday (whoever they are) gave a false address.

Je demande une facture de mon séjour depuis maintenant 3 semaines via booking et par email. Je n’ai aucune réponse. J’ai tenté d’appeler Hotiday à de multiples reprises, là encore aucune réponse (on reste 10 min sur un répondeur puis ça raccroche). L’hôtel Chalgrin en lui même est bien situé et propose des prestations très bien mais Hotiday est à fuir, il vaut mieux passer directement par le site de l’hôtel en lui même.

La cordialità e la cortesia dello staff, la colazione abbondante e varia, bagno completo di ogni accessorio spesso ritenuto inutile da altri come ad esempio la crema per il corpo ed il phon.

Muy agradable.
Pros:

Ubicación al lado del arco del triunfo, estupenda. sobre todo si quieres correr la maratón de París. Está justo en la salida y llegada pero sin aglomeraciones. Desayuno normal, correcto. Habitación normal pero también correcta y limpia. Servicio agradable.
