Ok place to stay if you only need a place to sleep.
Pros:

The girl in the reception was kind and the Filipino chef make simple but good food!

Cons:

The information on the booking com site told us that the hotel has fitness room massage and Yoga classes but i didn't see any of does in our 7 days stay there. The river just outside the hotel and the restaurant was dirty and smelling like a sewer. The airport taxi as we was booking and pay for ahead of arrival was not there when we arrived and when we call to the hotel the taxi finally came and drive us to the hotel, but then we had to pay for the taxi again to the driver.

Very cheap accommodation inside a local neighborhood
Pros:

The staff are excellent. You should especially look for Lucille, as she will assist you with everything youneed. The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, the AC works well. This hotel provides very good value for your money.

Cons:

The location is deep inside a local neighborhood with very narrow alley going inside and a crowded market at the entrance of the alley. Also, you need to sweep the water everytime you shower as majority of them don't go to the drain directly.

We won't be going back because of the bathroom.
Cons:

The bathroom layout is completely flawed. The shower is right at the entrance and the drain is at the end of the bathroom. We had to clean up the entire bathroom floor every time, and there was a mop there for that purpose. Breakfast was incredibly strange. I've never experienced anything like it at any other hotel. The chopped leafy vegetables were stale, apparently stored in the refrigerator and served again the next day in an inappropriate state. The choice of eggs and sausages was inedible. We had to ask for milk because there was none, but there was cereal. The envious guy in the kitchen was always wearing headphones and paying no attention. We asked him a couple of times to make coffee, but he completely ignored our request. The location is also not very convenient. It's a very narrow street next to a canal that gets shallow in the evening and looks simply disgusting, with all the trash in plain sight. We stayed at this hotel only because they allowed pets and it was close to Asiatiqe

Budget friendly and clean
Pros:

Family friendly and service , staffs are excellent . Rental car service was great, they had acupuncture service , I got a treatment and it saved my back haha. Overall I highly recommend to all who look for short or long term stay
