The hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness and guest service.
Cons:

Very disappointing stay. We spent 9 nights here and our room was never cleaned. There was no hand soap for the first two days, and we had to buy our own. The hotel only provided basic supplies after we complained. The towels were stained and damaged, and we even saw several cockroaches in and around the room. This level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

I would give this stay a 2 out of 10 and I’m only giving them the two because the location is so convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Other than that, I did not enjoy my stay because the the room looked and felt like a prison cell. The bed was very hard. There were also things on the bedding. The room was not as clean as I would expect it to be, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you do not care so much about the room or how you sleep I guess this would be a good deal for you.

Room ok but the rest is difficult!
Pros:

Room itself was neat and tidy. However, no communication from host at all. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Rating would be higher, but-
Sent several messages, and an email asking for check in times, parking info, etc with NO RESPONSES AT ALL.

Cons:

No communication!! Couldn't find place. Had to get local shop owner to call for instructions how to find it.
No info in room...so no wifi access.
No kettle. No toiletries - bring your own soap!! And the hot water took forever to come through.
Really took the shine off our visit...

Pros:

The location is unbeatable - waking up and walking to the beach under a minute was a dream come true.The space was clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. There are many cafes, restaurants and a mini market. Highly recommend the place!

Excellent hosts, cosy place
Pros:

Host were extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. They also helped us with booking a ship cruise to Thirasia and Volcanic Islands.

Exactly what we needed — clean, chill, and no nonsense
Pros:

This place was great! Check-in was smooth (thanks to the WhatsApp video), room was clean, and it was just a short walk to everything. You’re on the beach in under a minute. 🏖️ We weren’t looking for anything fancy — just wanted our own space without paying hotel prices. If you go in expecting a 5-star resort, you’ll be disappointed. But if you just want a clean, private place with a great location, this place nails it.
