The female receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful and really enjoyed her

Cons:

Upon arrival keys were given told room was on the highest level. Started making our way up, asked if theres any lifts. NO LIFTS! Was not mentioned anywere, had to check out within the hour as my partner has a bad back and struggled to use the staircase. Checkout I was informed they will charge for one night and refund the rest. They have not refunded us. The rooms looked clean in pictures, in person they were very tackey. Overall not happy with the facilities, room and service provided.

Best kept secret in rehab city
