Service
1
Staff frequently described as polite, friendly and helpful; however there are multiple comments about slow response and at least one note of weak management/poor responsiveness to problems.
Location
1
Location is repeatedly praised as excellent and convenient across many reviews.
Room Quality
1
Rooms are described as spacious with comfortable beds, but issues include bathroom problems, maintenance needs, and an uncomfortable/insufficient sofa for sleeping in some units; noise from adjacent units also affected room experience.

Little F&B offering is mentioned; a few guests asked for basic items (tea/sugar/water) and noted lack of certain conveniences related to bathrooms (e.g., no shower screens), indicating minor negative sentiment here.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed but generally neutral-to-positive overall: many guests recommend or extended stays due to location, cleanliness and staff, while others were put off by noise, amenity gaps and occasional poor responsiveness.
