Tik pamačius statybas pasigailėjom pasirinkimu.

Vieta gan gera, netoli iki senamiesčio. Butas įrengtas skoningai ir viskas ko reikia.

Cons:

Nepatiko, kad prie pat vyko didelės statybos, nuolatinis triukšmas, negali nei atsidaryti langų, nei išeiti į balkoną. Viršuje taip pat gręžė ir triukšmas. Vonios kambaryje nuolat veikia ventiliacija.
