便利なロケーションでまた利用したい
Pros:

ロケーションが良い(烏丸と東西の両地下鉄が交差するところ御池烏丸に2分)
お風呂の湯船がゆったりしている
シャワーも高級感がある
お酒などの試飲コーナー

三台目のベッドが固い
洗濯乾燥機の簡単なマニュアルがほしい

Pros:

Beautiful hotel which was on a quiet street, lovely facilities and very well kept. Just a few stops north of Kyoto station on the Karasuma line, this felt like an oasis for a busy holiday and was an excellent spot to unwind and recharge after a day of sightseeing and wandering around. I would definately recommend Hanare by Tokyu Stay to other travellers.

Hidden gem in Kyoto, don’t miss it!
Pros:

The whole experience was wonderful, the staff were super helpful and the room was very spacious and relaxing which is what you need after a long day on your feet!
Hanare is one of the best hotels in Kyoto and we can’t wait to come back again.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect!

飯店的整體是好的且新的，對於團體住宿而言會是最好的安排，有小廚房小客廳，連洗臉盆都有兩個~~~~

離車站近，也離商店街近，走路能到鴨川，很棒的地點！

Awesome vibes, location and comfort!
Pros:

Comfortable stay in a well equipped room and a bonus lounge (free coffee, sodas, sake, wine and snacks!). The hotel staff were excellent and helped with restaurant recommendations and booking taxis. The hotel is in a convenient location and has a super cool vibe too!

Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Kosmetyki dobrej jakości, wygodne łóżka i spora przestrzeń. Niestety pokój ogólnie ciemny, te zasłonki robią przytłaczające wrażenie. Nieprzyjemny zapach z toalety. Absolutnie nie 4 gwiazdki, bardzo słabe 3.

Cons:

Najgorsze były śniadania. To że w budynku naprzeciwko to wiedziałam i mi to nie przeszkadzało. Dosłownie po drugiej stronie ulicy. Niestety nie byliśmy w stanie tam jeść. Mówiąc wprost w tej tzw. restauracji jest tak brudno że nie umiałam nic przełknąć. Oddaliśmy w recepcji bony na śniadania. Niestety w żaden sposób nie zrekompensowano nam tego pomimo próśb. Nawet nie miałam ochoty dokumentować tego zdjęciami , zrobiłam jedną fotkę brudnego krzesła i uciekłam.
Ostatecznie skróciliśmy pobyt też bez jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty.
Tak informacyjnie-personel nie mówi po angielsku.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam.
