Pros:

Super Lage! Zimmer gut und Badezimmer in 3er-Aufteilung einfach top incl. der Waschmaschine!
Das Frühstücksbuffet incl. Auswahlbestellung sehr lecker und das Personal dort, so umsichtig und äußerst liebenswert!

Cons:

Die eine Bettseite sehr eng zum Einstieg.
Keine Fensterblick.

Pros:

Hier hat uns alles gefallen. Die Lage ist super und die Zimmer sind groß und toll ausgestattet, inkl. eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner (richtig eingeplant braucht man nicht so viel Gepäck für einen längeren Japanurlaub). Das Hotel bietet an der Rezeption kostenlose Getränke und Snacks an, Ein-, Auschecken geht flott und Frühstück war lecker.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - Excellent stay overall
Pros:

Τhe hotel is allocated in an excellent neighborhood very close to the metro station. Bars and restaurants all around, but really quite at night.
Value for money.
There is a 7/11 convenience store a few steps away.
+++ for the complimentary water (still & sparkling) coffee, sake, ice (+toppings) and sweets at the lobby.
Rooms were 100% soundproof, very spacious (even bigger than the pictures) and really clean.
The washing machine in the room worked perfectly.
The hotel provided us with umbrellas and kept luggage after check out. Both check in and out procedures where easy and understandable. Personnel spoke fluent English and were polite and helpful.
We also did the tea ceremony attraction which was fun and informative.
We loved the complementary box upon arrival (lots of coffee, sweets, tea and origami for the kids).
Lastly regarding some past reviews about the smell in the restroom, I can assure you that there is no smell and that they also cleaned the pipes while we staying there to keep it fresh.

Cons:

Minor drawback the soft light coming from the windows, but it worked well for us, as we woke up early and made the most of each day.

Amazing Hotel in the City
Pros:

Excellent hotel, the staff are exceptional. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city. You can walk to the market 10mins, train station 3mins, Starbucks 2mins, fantastic coffee shops and cafes.
The room was spacious, we are a family of 5. The kids loved the set up and spacious bathroom.
