Wecoming staff, lovely hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location in a historic building. Friendly staff happy to ensure we had a good stay. Hotel has all we needed- functioning amenities, baggage storage, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small.

Pros:

Heureusement que nous n'étions pas venus pour la vue (chambre 34) ! Par contre, elle a été entretenue régulièrement, merci. Que dire du personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant? Si nous étions restés plus longtemps (5 nuits), on s'en serait fait des amis! Conseils pour le parking souterrain, pour les visites de la région,...Je me répète: presque des amis!
Nous sommes rentrés en Alsace, chargés de bons souvenirs. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Lovely hotel in heart of Arras
Pros:

Great location in Grand Place. Friendly staff. Very large and comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Arras makes a great stopover on way to Calais. Be sure to visit the Wellington Quarries - outstanding tour.

A very enjoyable stay in a warm and charming hotel. I would recommend the Three Leopards Hotel
Pros:

It’s a lovely property. It survived the War and my bedroom had original beams from what my AI thinks was the 16th Century. It has an old world charm and is ideally situated in the Grand Place. A short walk through some good bistros and bars. The staff were very friendly indeed. This is the second time I have been and would recommend it.

Cons:

I had a lovely time and can’t fault it. It isn’t “modern” like an IBIS etc so don’t expect that .

Pros:

la literie, la salle de bains et le petit déjeuner ainsi que la plaquette d'informations sur l'histoire de l'hôtel

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de places de parking attribuées à l'hôtel
Nous sommes arrivés un samedi et la grand place était bondée donc pas de place à proximité

Cosy, centrally located, hotel with character.
Pros:

Centrally located, literally on the main square, within walking distance of all the key sights to see and visit. A cosy hotel with real character and history loved my stay here and would definitely recommend it. Breakfast was very good. The staff were professional and friendly.
