Pros:

Everything. Location. Room. Breakfast. Staff (especially Diogo, who sorted out a room issue very quickly and offered us complimentary breakfast).

Notre chambre etait petite mais la réceptionniste nous la changée le deuxième jour pour une autre plus grande.

Won’t be revisiting this hotel or Arras
Pros:

the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We did not like the dingy new addition to the original building. When we booked we thought we were in an old hotel, but our room was behind the original facade, a downmarket tacky cheap hotel building & rooms, like an inexpensive chain. Doors kept banging and reverberating. Really horrible and unfortunately our accommodation coloured our opinion of Arras. We won’t be back.

Great staff but basic room
Pros:

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room is very basic and small. Bathroom ok the room not so. but Don't expect to go back to it to relax for a few hours. Slept well tho as bed is comfortable. It's outdated, no hdmi cable to connect to on tv, a few basic channels all in french...yes I know it's in France, but it's a hotel and maybe nice to cater for non french guests.
