Pros:

Situé sur la Grand Place nous avions une chambre avec vue directe dessus. En plein cœur d’Arras. Personnel très courtois. Petit déjeuner continental très copieux.

Excellent hotel. I will stay there again without question
Pros:

The room overlooks the square. A beautiful room. Service was excellent. Concierge service extremely helpful. The bed was lovely. Location even better. Breakfast was the best I've had while in France. Were I to come frequently to Arras, this would be my hotel of choice.

Cons:

I had some problems with the toilet sink stopper that didn't work really well.

Enjoyed the stay. It was a bit noisy facing the street.

Pros:

Rien à dire. Parfait. Une âme, une fois encore dans cet hôtel indépendant. Une des maisons doyennes d'Arras parfaitement restaurée. Parking gigantesque en bas de l'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Personnel présent et accueillant. Très agréable séjour.
