Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Great location. Bed comfortable.

Small window with only ugly view of court yard. Tiny loo and separate, rather smelly shower room (was a trap not working in basin or shower, releasing sewer gases / smells?). Paint (white on textured wall) was clean but room felt very functional, undecorated, basic.
