Pretty hotel
Pros:

Very quirky hotel. Looks beautiful. And it’s clean. Location is good - just over ten minute walk down to the Cunda Marina with heaps is restaurants. Cunda 10 bus to Ayvalik - pay with credit card. Very nice pool area though water was freezing; could not swim. Great breakfast and a bar area with views.
Small room but heaps of storage built into/under the bed, so even the suitcases can be packed away. Our room was hot at night so I asked for a room fan, which they gladly gave me. Ayda and Sam were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The front doors to the hotel are very very heavy and they slam constantly if someone goes in or out. The whole building shakes with it and this goes on day and night. This is a problem. Beers are reasonably priced but we ordered ONE Aperol Spritz before asking the cost. It was 1200tl, which is $35AUD!!

Gerne würden dieses Hotel wieder nehmen wollen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und bedient worden .
Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Blick zum Meer war wunderbar😊
Im Ganzen hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, gern wieder.

Cons:

Habe nichts zum Meckern gehabt .

Best hospitality and view in Cunda
Pros:

Cunda Piano hotel was one of the best hotels we experienced in Turkey. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, very nice decorated hotel and common areas where we could hang out with friends. Delicious food and amazing drinks. Location is great, walking distance from the central Cunda, historical streets.

Cons:

The room is a bit small and storage is limited and the toilet is in the room separated with glass doors. However, it was super clean and organized so we were comfortable. Airconditioning was not very strong but the hills are very windy so it was not needed much!

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt Fußläufig zur Cunda-Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer war auch sehr sehr schön, seis zum Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang. Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls sehr nett und sind auf wünsch eingegangen. Die Betten waren sehr angenehmen/gemütlich.

Cons:

Parkplätze waren begrenzt und das Badezimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Duschkopf hatte leider schon schimmelgebildet und die Tür zum Bad konnte auch nicht abgeschlossen werden. Da wir zum Meer unser zimmer hatten wurde es mittags rum sehr sonnig im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage war nicht stark genug um das Zimmer zu kühlen. Außerdem sind die Zimmer platztechnisch tatsächlich etwas zu klein für uns mit zwei großen Koffern.
Pool ist zwar groß, aber auch hier würde ich eine dringende Sanierung empfehlen.

The facilities, breakfast and staff were exceptional. We would stay there again, highly recommend the place. Reception staff were really helpful and polite too.

Alles wunderbar freundliches Personal wunderschöne Aussicht gerne immer wieder
Pros:

War wirklich schön Aussicht wunderbar absolut zu empfehlen. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück wunderschön bei uns gab es kein Buffet, sondern man wurde bedient auch mal ganz schön absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Beim zu Fuß gehen in den Hafen ist es schon ein wenig weit wär aber gut zu Fuß ist ist auch das kein Problem. Nur der Rückweg ist halt ein bisschen bergauf. Dafür hat man allerdings auch diese traumhaft schöne Aussicht, wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne raus nimmt absolut zu empfehlen zum Wasser hin. Das sollte einem das bisschen mehr wert sein.

Traumhaft und würden es wiederholen
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Boutique Hotel am Hang.
Daher abends und beim Frühstücken wunderschönes Blick über die Stadt zum Meer

Cons:

Wir hatten nur etwas Pech mit der Klimaanlage…

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαρό δωμάτιο με πολύ ωραία θέα.

Cons:

Αν και είχε πολύ υψηλή θερμοκρασία δεν δούλευε το ψυγείο του δωματίου συνεχώς!!! με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχουμε κρύο νερό το απόγευμα και το βράδυ. Επίσης υπολειτουργούσε το αιρ κοντισιον, ήταν παλιάς τεχνολογίας falkon και το δωμάτιο παρέμενε πολύ ζεστό.

Staff members were nice

Cons:

We booked a family room, upper floor was no AC, had a kind of fan, but it was broken. We told the manager, later he said it’s fixed, but actually it only had room temperature wind coming out , and turned off in 20 minutes , we restarted it and turned off again, it’s in August with 38C temperature .
