Extremely noisy due to construction work and approximately to main road
Pros:

Extremely noisy and unacceptable construction work

We understood that this was a budget hotel and were not expecting luxury. However, basic comfort and professionalism should still be provided at any price.

Extensive renovation work, including wall demolition, was taking place only a few metres from our room. The work began early in the morning, and none of this was disclosed before booking. Our room was also directly beside the road and was exceptionally noisy—one of the noisiest rooms we have experienced after staying in approximately 50–60 hotels over the past two years, including many in the same price range.

The breakfast was disappointing. In addition, we saw a staff member watching television in the kitchen during the evening and apparently sleeping there the following morning, which felt very unprofessional.

Finally, there was no visible sign outside, making the hotel extremely difficult to identify upon arrival.

A low price does not excuse severe construction noise, poor organisation, and a lack of basic professional standards. We would not recommend staying here while the renovation work is continuing.

De acuerdo al evento que tenía me quedó cerca y su ubicación no me molestó nada, solo me hospedé yo y volvería sin pensarlo, noté alguno comentarios negativos antes de hospedarme pero para lo que es el precio me pareció muy bien

Cómodo y seguro
Pros:

Me encantó que comparten con nosotros su cocina, que podemos tomar mangos y hacer uso del refrigerador, eso aligera las cosas para quienes viajamos con comida, además son pocas habitaciones y se siente mas seguro.

Cons:

Tal vez le sea la falta de estacionamiento pero aún así nos aseguraron es seguro dejarlo en la acera.

Grande chambre. Spacieuse. Grande salle de bain.

Pour moi, ce n est pas un hôtel.. tout au moins une chambre d hôtes... une pièce pour le petit déjeuner que l on doit faire soi même.. une seule cafetière de café pour 8 personnes. Le reste est sous clé. Une dame reste ds le logement pour "surveiller " elle n a pas fait les chambres (8pers/4chambres) même pas vidé la poubelle. Peu de chambre (5 )Mais que 8 places ds la salle commune . Donc la dame reste "affalée dans le canapé " si aucune de libre . Sans oublier qu il faut faire la vaisselle!!!Loin du centre ville.

Cons:

El techo del cuarto es de lámina, por lo que el cuarto cuando hay sol es caliente

El desayuno lo mencionan como continental, pero la verdad solo dan pan bimbo de barra para tostar y mermelada , ese no es un desayuno continental, no deberían poner desayuno incluido porque confunde.

En las fotos aparece un porche o garage , pero no se puede utilizar, osea que tu vehículo queda afuera.
