Ubytování bez fyzických klíčů ani vstupních karet
Pros:

Ubytování je nové čisté. Přístup do ubytování je pouze skrze mobilní aplikaci, žádné karty, žádné klíče. Pouze při check-inu nám to nechtělo vzít doklady dětí, pouze doklady 18+. Check-in je potřeba udělat 2x. Jednou pro zadání dokladů, podruhé v době check-inu pro možnost dostat se přímo na pokoj. V aplikaci je poté možnost posuvníkem otevřít vstupní dveře i dveře do pokoje.

Cons:

v 2 lůžkovém pokoji jsme měli 4 hrnečky, ale žádnou misku ani příbory

Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis
Pros:

Für kurzen Aufenthalt hat man alles gehabt, was man braucht. Auch die Nähe zur Innenstadt war gut.

Cons:

Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien am Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Und in der Badewanne hat leider der Vorhang oder eine Glaswand gefehlt und somit hat man beim duschen viel Wasser verspritzt.

Chek in cuestionable
Pros:

Buen apartamento, baño muy amplio. Terraza interior pero buena. Parking a 50 metros barato.

Cons:

El ckeck-in. Es todo digital, las puertas se abres desde la web/app del alojamiento. Horario de chek in muy tardío, de milagro pudimos hacerlo media hora antes, y teniendo que llamar por teléfono. Muy mejorable en ese aspecto.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare. Le quartier est populaire mais on s'y sent bien. De nombreux commerces de proximité et la gare centrale est très proche.
L'appartement est petit mais joli et fonctionnel.

Cons:

Le check-in se fait en autonomie et est totalement dématérialisé. C'est très bien si cela fonctionne. Or, à l'heure dite, je n'avais toujours pas le numéro de ma chambre. Au téléphone, la dame, incapable de m'aider, ne trouvait même pas l'adresse de l'appartement. Il a fallu exactement 1h15 pour que je puisse prendre possession des lieux. Après un long voyage et par un temps caniculaire, c'est inacceptable.
Je n'étais d'ailleurs pas la seule dans ce cas, un autre voyageur avait le même problème.
Cet incident a considérablement fait baisser ma note.

A real gem in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Great location within minutes of walking to the train station, city center or old town. A grocery store is 3 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped with what's necessary, the restroom is fantastic with a walk in shower. The mattress is firm as we like it. Everything looks new and clean. Our restroom door handle was a bit loose, it was addressed immediately! I don't think it is possible to find anything else in that city for that price.

Everything was great, no complaints.

Sehr moderne Zimmer und moderne Möbel . Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt .

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht so schön und das Haus von außen ist nicht ansprechend . Das man die Türen mit dem Smarthphone auf machen muss , es gibt keinen Schlüssel oder Schlüsselkarte . Alles geht über den link. Check in und check out auch . Für junge Leute okay ältere nicht so gut. Der Topper vom Bett rutscht immer wieder weg.Die eine Bettseite ist an der Wand muss man raus und rein Kabbeln .
