Cons:

Tillgång till rummet skede med tidur så gick INTE att komma in 20 minuter tidigare. Icke.

It was mostly good. It was rather expensive though since I did not have a window and room was warm.
Pros:

My room did not include breakfast. But I liked the location in Gamla Stan.

Cons:

I was told there would not be a window. This was difficult, since my stay was for several nights. And it was exceptionally hot in Stockholm the past week. A portable fan would have helped. It was confusing ( maybe because I’m not so tech) to get the key through my mobile devuxe. A lot of numbers to keep track of. I finally figured it out, but I feel that Bob W is geared more to younger techy guests. It was hard to find due to it being blocked by nearby restaurant. I was concerned that it was fraud at first, due to no check in desk. But it worked out in the end. Great idea, but perhaps simpler in check in steps and check out steps would have helped.

Pros:

Bra läge, och snabb service när jag behövde hjälp

Cons:

Vi bodde i ett rum där det varigt en gammal ingång.
Var en stor glipa mellan golvet och väggen. Luktade väldigt illa vid ingången. Och saknade att det inte fanns någon liten uteplats där man kunde njuta av morgon kaffet

Surprising comfort in Bobs house
Pros:

I liked that I had instant communication through whatsapp to solve any issues, I also like the ammenities in the room and the luggage room allowed me to explore the city before checking in. The bathroom is spacious and modern, just refurbished

Cons:

Has to climb 3 floors with a large suit case, The coffee of the machine was not very good.

Pros:

La ubicacion excepcional. El lugar, tal como lo indicaba la habitación era sin ventanas pero tiene una abertura en el techo donde entraba mucha luz. Está muy bien diseñado para tener lo necesario en un lugar bastante pequeño, x ej. contaba con nevera y fogones xra hacer algo sencillo.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, lo unico es q el acensor llega hasta el 2° piso y en nuestro caso estábamos en el 4° piso. Para nosotros no fue un gran problema xro es para tenerlo en cuenta.

The location is fantastic being in central Gamla Stan.
The tea making facilities were appreciated albeit one had to pay for coffee.
We were very grateful for the ability to store luggage from 5am as we arrived very early in the morning. The AI is responsive albeit it needs to be prompted correctly.
Check out was easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately the price is so high I cannot recommend this as value for money even with the very central location.
The room was very small.
The entire hotel is run by AI and potential customers may be uncomfortable providing check in information including the requisite personal data to such a platform.
The fact one had to pay extra for the coffee and hot milk facilities is not acceptable when the price of the room is already so high.
The included breakfast time window is limited being 09:00-10:30 and any party up early to see the city could easily miss it
