Pros:

Everything about the property we loved. It was abit far from everything but it was also a good thing too to get away from the noise most nights. The staff were lovely. We loved every staff member we interacted with or passed by. So respectful and kind - always welcoming! We especially loved Net the waiter, who greeted us every morning and was attentive to know what my partner preferred which was always ice in a tall cup. Haha! Thank you for putting up with him Net :) we love and will always remember you and the morning breakfast staff always greeting us at the door.

Unser Aufenthalt im Laya Resort Phuket war einfach außergewöhnlich! Das gesamte Hotel überzeugt mit wunderschöner Atmosphäre, exzellentem Service und großer Gastfreundschaft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das fantastische Personal.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Yaya, Liya, Victoria und Ploy – sie waren jederzeit unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln für uns da. Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrem herzlichen und professionellen Service wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt und wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

So einen hervorragenden Service erlebt man nur selten. Genau solche Mitarbeiter machen ein Hotel zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Laya Resort Phuket von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

95 % hotelu byli Rusáci.
Snídaně byli v pohodě, nic extra.
Cesta na pláž otřesná. Celou dobu po silnici a na pláži se stavělo, takže prach.

The pools were warm and shallow and beautifully designed

It was in the middle of development land, however when finished will be delightful. They also give you a free shuttle up to 1830GMT

早餐很丰富，品种特别多，中西式都有，还有各种现做的热乎乎的饭。附近海滩特别美，离得又很近，从酒店穿个泳衣，带个毛巾，走个五分钟就到，沿途还有很多吃的。周边环境不错，富人区，很干净。房间很大，设施齐全，有浴缸，可以泡澡，非常舒服。隔音效果好，很安静。有健身房和泳池，泳池有好几个，还有无边泳池，又大风景又好。
