Important information:

Access to the fitness room is free from 7am to 10pm using the room card.
The swimming pool is accessible from 10am to 10pm using the room card.
Access to the Sauna & Hammam area from 10am to 10pm is reserved for over-15s and can be booked for 1 hour at reception on arrival or by calling on the morning of your arrival.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult to access the various areas.
If you would like extra towels, we will provide them free of charge at reception. Bathrobe and slipper hire is €7.00 per person for the entire stay.

Minors must provide a housing authorization from their legal guardian as well as that person's identification.

The use of a sofa due to the occupancy of the room by 2 adults will incur an additional charge of €25.00 per night.

If you would like two separate beds, please select the “Economy Twin Room.” However, if you would like another room with separate beds, please specify this when making your reservation. A supplement of EUR 25 per night will be charged

The restaurant "Ailleurs" will be closed every lunchtime from December 22 to January 4 as well as the evening of December 24. Breakfast will not be served on January 1st but will be replaced by brunch from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at a cost of €35.00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

un bon petit séjour reposant
Pros:

emplacement à proximité du bourg , proche du casino , personnel agréable , hôtel calme dans sa globalité et propre ,nous avons été surclassé, la chambre était spacieuse et très confortable .
Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec du choix et de bons produits

Cons:

la partie sauna hammam , nous pensions que les créneaux étaient privés .

A Wonderful Hotel with Exceptional Soundproofing
Pros:

Excellent soundproofing — with the windows and doors closed, you hear absolutely nothing! The room was spotless, the location is excellent, and the food and breakfast were delicious. The restaurant is quiet and pleasant, and the swimming pool in the morning was fantastic.
Overall, a wonderful hotel and we would happily stay again.

Cons:

Some restaurant staff do not speak or understand English, which makes communication difficult. The room lighting is far too bright at night, with no dim-light option. The separate toilet has no shelf or surface to put anything on. The pool water also looked slightly cloudy, probably due to the amount of chlorine.

Les chaises du balcon et du restaurant en terrasse il faudrait mettre des patins en dessous car quand ils les déplacent à 23h c'est insupportable le bruit que cela fait

C’est un hôtel récent qui mérite ses 4 étoiles par la qualité de son personnel , des chambres et du petit déjeuner
Ça donne envie de tester les autres hôtels de la chaîne
La proximité de la ville de Pornic est un plus
