Nice for a short stay
Pros:

Very nice and helpful owners. Easy check in and access to the apartment. A balcony was a plus. Fairly new and quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport. A huge park in the area.

Cons:

No coffee maker or a kettle in the apartment (needed to ask for one).
No closet or a dresser to put your stuff in as well as no night stands or a lamp by the bed. A couple of plastic chairs on the balcony would be nice too.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Staff are so nice, they are a lovely family. They tried their best to meet any of our accommodation needs

Cons:

The towels aren't very absorbent; it would be great if this could be improved.

Over well pretty good with a couple of things that could be a bit better or more clear during regis.
Pros:

Location in relation to Downsview park. Clean and the host was great to communicate with. Easy to get in.

Cons:

The owner had young children who were quite loud early in the morning. The description and the way it was presented made us think there would be a balcony. The owner offered only one room at a time, so we were technically among the first to register. At the very least, the description was confusing. At worst, someone after us was offered a room with a balcony.

The price is right, the host is friendly, the room was lovely.
Pros:

Helen was a lovely host and answered all of our questions. It was great having a fridge / freezer / microwave in the room! The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved having a private balcony and sleeping with the windows open. She provided bamboo utensils, cups & a water dispenser. It was also nice having a private bathroom.

Cons:

We wished that there was a toilet paper holder (the roll sat on the floor), we would have liked to have hand towels / washcloths (we only had a bath towel), we couldn’t control the temperature in the room, no bedside tables makes it difficult to have a place for glasses, water, phone, etc., The tenant above us was VERY loud and made thumping noises starting at 5 AM and the children who live there were sometimes noisy. (When we were trying to sleep). The water dispenser was not permanently installed and flopped around, making it difficult to use. It would have been nice to have instructions from Helen about public transportation as well as a map on how to get downtown. Getting downtown requires taking a bus to the subway station.

Propre et confortable. À 30 minutes à pied du Rodger stadium ou environ 10-15 minutes en autobus. Idéal pour aller voir un spectacle. À environ une heure du centre-ville en transport en commun. Cons:

The room was on the third floor with no elevator, which we were unaware of when we booked. The host helped carry our luggage upstairs, which was very nice, but we would have been in trouble if he had not offered. The location is far from where we thought it was, partly due to our own uncertainty. There are 2 Rogers venues in Toronto. We wanted Rogers Centre! The air conditioning ran all night, which kept the room, cool but blew on us while we were trying to sleep. Yet when we came home in the afternoon or early evening, the room was very warm. Needs adjusting to when it should work the hardest.
