Never again. I've been to a lot of accommodation in Thailand but this is too much for the money.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Very helpful cleaning ladies.

Cons:

There was a lot of it, but probably the worst was the smell from the sewage system, which was absolutely everywhere. The accommodation didn't even have a wardrobe, just a clothes hanger. It was impossible to open the window to the balcony because of the strong smell. There was nowhere to dry towels or clothes. The loud noise from the road sometimes woke us up. For such a lot of money, what can they say, it's madness. In fact, the family was already looking forward to leaving.

The property is just a road away from the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel restaurant is very convenient although there are plenty of restaurant to choose from around the area.

Нам понравилось и район и персонал и отель. Пляж тоже понравился, но когда мы переехали в отель рядом с пляжем Ката мы поняли что здесь лучше пляж. И отель который сняли намного дешевле и при том что тоже очень хороший небольшой отель. Просто район Карон более цивильный. Хотя мы только сегодня заехали в другой отель.

Cons:

По мне цену можно дешевле сделать на проживание.

Pros:

Небольшой отель в дальней (от аэропорта) части Карона. Пляж через дорогу. Достаточно тихо (по тайским меркам), в номере чисто, насекомых нет. Уборка каждый день, оставляют 2 бутылки с водой.

Cons:

Останавливались на 4 ночи в самый пик сезона (начало января), и цена в 250 долларов за ночь для столь скромного отеля показалась сильно завышенной. Кафе при отеле не понравилось (цены выше среднего, выбор невелик). Полотенца старые застиранные. Пластиковые стулья на балконе очень старые. Но если не придираться - на несколько ночей остановиться можно. Далее переехали в значительно более комфортный отель с ценой в 1,5 раза ниже в начале пляжа Карон. Сюда вряд ли вернемся.

Posizione, camera e servizi, pulizia generale ok.

Cons:

Troppo alta la musica si notte e molto esposta al passaggio di scooter e Tuk Tuk rumorosi.

Vacanze di Natale a Phuket in famiglia
Pros:

La camera, spaziosa, con un letto molto comodo, tutti i comfort e bollitore e frigorifero a disposizione. Avendo un bimbo di tre mesi avevamo richiesto la culla e abbiamo trovato pronto al nostro arrivo un lettino vero e proprio, non da campeggio, perfetto per le nostre esigenze.
La piscina, comodissima e a misura di famiglia.
La posizione proprio davanti alla spiaggia di Karon.
Il ristorante internazionale, buonissimo, sempre fornito e molto comodo, pranzo e cena

Cons:

Purtroppo sono presenti troppe scale, essendo un hotel child friendly, sarebbe comodo avere almeno una rampa per salire e scendere con passeggino.
Per colazione ci sono solo varianti salate, suggerirei di inserire almeno una variante dolce.

Pros:

Pokoje wyglądają jak na zdjęciach, opis zgodny z ofertą, bardzo blisko do ładnej, szerokiej plaży. Jeżeli mogę coś doradzić, to z lewej strony plaży są fajne skałki z rybkami do oglądania w wodzie . Syn zachwycony. Klimatyzacja działa dobrze, bardzo smaczne śniadania i miła obsługa.

Cons:

Obok hotelu jest klub nocny z dość głośną muzyką. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, polecamy :)

Not Boutique - Poor Breakfast - Clean rooms

Cons:

We are family of 4 (13 yr old and 7 yr old) and prefer to stay one room. We paid extra for the additional bed; which is fine - But the staff told us on our first morning the price only covered us for x3 breakfasts!! Stingy!
Anyway, the breakfast was poor - Limited choice / freezing cold sausages - so we never bothered after the first morning.
Its called a boutique Hotel, but is far from achieving that!, apart from some fancy fish painting on the bedroom wall.

Pros:

Great location literally can’t beat it for the price. This neighbourhood is Expensive!!!!! Big shock coming from Koh lanta. Bed was pretty comfortable, AC worked well. Pool was awesome, spent more time there than the beach (too hot).

Cons:

Food was expensive and included breakfast was not great. I tried to explain I didn’t eat meat and their 3 choices all had meat but they still serviced it which I felt bad having it go to waste. I just wanted an egg and toast option or pancake and egg but they weren’t able to modify anything. Plus I asked for no salad and still got it. More waste.

Absolutely value for money. If you don't want to stay in Hilton this is the place for you
Pros:

Staying there for a second time - absolutely value for money. Just 3 minutes walk to Karon beach, rooms are clean, personal is very friendly, lots of shops around

Cons:

Breakfast could be a bit more variable but can't complain for the price :)
