Cumplió el cometido de una cama, baño y pequeña cocina para pasar el fin de semana en Madrid
Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda.

Limpieza muy mejorable
Pros:

La camada muy cómoda y la habitación muy aceptable para lo que necesitábamos.

Cons:

No me gusta la limpieza que estaba todo el suelo lleno de pelos, mijillas y demas.
La ventana del baño no se podía cerrar por ningún lado.

Convenient short stay apartment with free parking.
Pros:

Free parking. 5 minutes walk to metro. 10 minutes walk to good Mall with giant Carefour. Super shower. Good AC. Good response from Juan. Easy to find when driving. The people in Madrid are the most friendly, helpful, super kind to older people we have ever met in any city in Spain and we have travelled extensively. We always got offered a seat on crowded metro immediately we stepped on.

Cons:

Bathroom not clean enough. Catering facilities poor. No cups, 2 mismatched plates and mismatched cutlery, no teaspoons, no cups, no extra bin bags, the washing machine which was in the hall was in use when we arrived, obviously by the cleaning staff as it was full of sheets. The wash finished but no one came to take out the washing so the machine could not be used by guests. 2 days later the machine restarted and when we were leaving next morning the sheets were on the line outside. the bed was uncomfortable and 2 people rolled into the centre. No bottle opener, no containers to use in the microwave, one pot and one pan. We always chose an apartment because we like to self cater. This apartment was not fit for self catering. We managed because we have lots of experience over the years.

Property that needs more professional cleaning and achievement to name as hotel
Pros:

It was easy to find. That is the only good thing.

Cons:

No one change the towels, clean the room and dispose the garbage. I've stayed there for 4 nights. The cleanliness of the room was in not good condition and the bedsheets and towels have non-cleaned stains. There was no staff to ask for slippers (there wasn't any in the room) although the property declared them as something that is included in the price. The water drainage in the bathroom was very poor. Very disappointing from a property named as hotel.

Маленький тихий отпуск.
Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение, до метро пешком менее 10-ти минут. Кондиционер - это просто спасение в жару. Свой туалет и душ - очень удобно. Кровать с подушками просто отличная, давно так не высыпалась.

Cons:

За такие деньги в Мадриде на все недостатки можно закрыть глаза.

LAMENTABLE

Una experiencia lamentable, me fui a comprar y al volver había otras personas dentro, osea, alquilaron mi habitación a otras personas, me parece un lugar sin ningún excrupulo, y al hablar con ellos te dejan tirado, sin ninguna solución solo cancelar y quedarte en la calle, aún me cuesta creer lo sucedido. Vergonzoso

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena para llegar al centro de Madrid con el metro

Cons:

Una chapuza de reforma y con muy mal mantenimiento. Esta muy sucio, lleno de pelos, roturas e instalaciones mal hechas, teníamos que desenchufar la nevera para poner en marcha la vitrocerámica y salía agua por el desagüe de la cocina. Además, la ventana no se cierra dando a la calle.

No lo recomendaría y tampoco volvería.
