Pros:

Beautiful, spacious and very modern apartment that was the most impressive one we have probably ever experienced. It ticks all the boxes with some unnecessary negatives. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Could not get the A/C to cool the apartment down from 24.5 degrees. Coffee mashine did not work. Both problems easy to fix. Curtains not wide enough such that complete privacy is not possible - this problem is going to be very difficult to fix. So now it difficult to answer generalised questions below!

Pros:

This a new hotel so they are doing their very best to earn a good reputation. When I arrived they gave me a free upgrade to the executive suite which was elegant and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The location is perfect. Delicious free breakfast as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The touch screens were cumbersome - I would prefer having light switches.

Pros:

Ein perfektes kleines Boutique Hotel. Es ist alles neu. Wir haben netterweise ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wird serviert.

Die Lage ist perfekt und es war sehr ruhig.

Поставила 9 по большей части персоналу, очень приветлив,доброжелателен,во всём оказывалась помощь,матрас хороший ,спать комфортно, бельё качественное.
Ванная большая,снабжена всем необходимым. Отель вполне уютный.

Cons:

Завтрак! Он просто ужасный,у вас выбор между яйцом и яйцом,мне было невкусно и очень скудно и очень не вкусно. Вкусный был только фреш. Администрации стоит пересмотреть завтраки и предложить шведский стол.Щавтраки не рекомендую.
Подушки, они были слишком твердые и .альтернатив не было,я попросила более мягкую подушку,но увы.
В коридорах слишком пахнет моющими средствами у кого чувствительность к запахам это не приятно и раздражает горло и нос
В номере в целом было тихо,но когда кто-то закрывал дверь номер содрогался,так меня разбудили в 5 утра сложно было уснуть. Всё перечисленное легко исправить,я надеюсь что администрация читает отзывы и услышит просьбы,

An excellent city break in a superb small hotel in very easy reach of all the historic sites.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple - all a la carte with a good range of choices. We were upgraded to a suite which was huge - kitchen area and large lounge area. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Hôtel récent, proche de l'opéra dans une rue calme, très bien situé pour visiter Budapest.
Le métro est à 5 minutes à pied et on peut trouver un certain nombre de restaurants à proximité.
L'ambiance de notre chambre était luxueuse sans ostentation, alliant sobriété de la décoration ainsi que matériaux et mobilier de haut de gamme. La literie était très confortable.
Contrairement aux standards de la gamme, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi sous forme de buffet, mais à l'assiette.
Il est excellent, composé de produits frais avec un réel effort de présentation et servi dans la chambre ce qui est très appréciable (on peut aussi le prendre en salle si on veut).
Enfin, mention spéciale pour le personnel, toujours attentif et serviable, qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour particulièrement agréable.
Bref tout était parfait.

Cons:

La climatisation refroidissait insuffisamment et la domotique nécessite un temps d'adaptation.

Great location in the middle of everything. Nice new hotel, polite and helpful employee.

Cons:

Breakfast is very poor; you get just what you ordered. It feels a bit like the military. Nothing was fresh. It’s an old building that was renovated for the hotel, but the work was not done well: too many angles and wasted space, uncomfortable sockets, and awkward light switches. But this is a bit upsetting.

Chambre suite d’une grande beauté !
Pros:

Suite exceptionnelle ! Immense ! Belle jusque dans les détails !!!! Le personnel parfait : attentionné, intelligent, gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service !
