Superb
Pros:

We got an upgrade and the room we got was extraordinary. Very specious and luxurious. The breakfast was very good (a la carte, could have it in the room with complementary room service or go to the breakfast area). Location is also super, main city center attractions, but also the zoo in the opposite direction are all in a walking distance.

Cons:

If to nitpick, then having almost all of the light controlled via a tablet is really inconvenient, and the information on what's included for the breakfast was not exactly clear (menu said only one dish, but we learnt half way through that it's actually one savory and one sweet).

High quality
Pros:

Spacious apartment with high-quality furnishings and comfortable furniture. A big plus is the exceptionally good breakfast. Great location, everything is within easy reach. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a place we would happily recommend.

Cons:

Just for information for other guests: the kitchen is not fully equipped. There is a stovetop, but there are no pots or pans. This may be worth knowing in advance if, like us, you are travelling with children or have a special diet and would like to prepare some meals yourself.

Pros:

everything was amazing (hotel staff, breakfast in lobby and also provided in room with great option, big size room with beautiful view room # 18, location was awesome nearby to allthe great options and metro, value to money,the list of amazing things can continue for long.

Pros:

Tutto: Staff gentilissimo . Irina parla anche italiano e senza alcuna richiesta ci ha dato un upgrade di stanza.
Lo stile bellissimo e molto confortevole anche macchinetta Nespresso in stanza e ogni giorno rimettevano le capsule e una bottiglia d’acqua.
la posizione comodissima sia a piedi che con i mezzi, a un passo da Metro Opera e da molte fermate bus
La colazione nel nostro caso era inclusa nella tariffa Booking si potevano scegliere due piatti dal menu oltre a caffè o cappuccino o altro . Tutto molto buono e servito con cura

One of the best stays I have had! Would definitely come back to Maison 45.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, excellent staff and very friendly. Usually i don’t write reviews, but Maison 45 exceeded my expectations in every way possible. They helped me with ordering a cake for my wife’s birthday and picked it up for me.

Exceptional hotel at a perfect location
Pros:

Everything. Room was great. Breakfast was excellent. Location is prime without being too noisy. Staff was welcoming. We already want to come back.
