Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites personal. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Keinen Waschlappen in Küche und Geschirrtuch. Keine vollständige Abdunklung bei Fenster in Nacht. Poolöffnungszeiten sind sehr kurz, schade.

Struttura nuova in quartiere tranquillo e ben servito

La struttura è nuova e confortevole. È collocata in un quartiere tranquillo a poca distanza dalla metro. La piccola piscina è sicuramente un plus per le calde giornate estive.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, à seulement une dizaine de minutes à pied du métro, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux sites.

La chambre était spacieuse, agréable et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les équipements étaient conformes à nos attentes et tout fonctionnait parfaitement.

La piscine était propre, bien entretenue et très agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite.

Le personnel est particulièrement serviable, souriant et agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Well equipped apartment with nice plunge pool

Close to Metro

Although close to the Metro you may not want to wheel large cases through the narrow streets around the trees/lampposts etc.... not really a dislike, an observation

Cons:

L’insonorisation qui était médiocre, ou plutôt inexistantes. Nous entendons tout ce qui se passe en dehors de l’appartement (voix, sonnettes, passage dans le hall) : tout semblait se passer à l’intérieur de l’appartement
Les horaires de la piscine: dans une ville où il fait aussi
Chaud : fermer une piscine à 18h est complètement inapproprié. De plus, dès que les enfants faisaient un peu de bruit, quelqu’un arrivait pour leur dire de se taire, la piscine était installée dans un lieu clôs, tout résonnait +++
La literie : aussi confortable qu’un sol dur , nous avons eu mal au hanche et aux cervicales à chaque levée le matin. Le matelas est très dur, la matière des draps est très inconfortable , très bruyante ++ (sûrement pas du coton)
Les équipements: impossible de cuisiner dans la « cuisiner » pas de plaque pas de four pas de mode de cuisson : cuisine inutile, nous sommes obligés de manger à l’extérieur à chaque repas ou de manger froid.
Pas de torchon pour les mains, pas de lave main dans la cuisine … l’appartement manque d’équipement global.
Gros point noir enfin: pas de volets dans l’appartement alors que des lits sont installés dans le salon, impossible d’avoir le noir complet dans l’appartement…

Caldria valorar allargar l’horari de piscina perquè normalment s’utilitza a partir de les 17:00 al tornar de les visites matutines.

Pros:

La habitación está bien y tiene de todo.

Cons:

Personal muy antipatico y poco profesional. Me escribieron por WhatsApp amenazándome y de malas maneras, pidiéndome las fotos del pasaporte, porque no había ningún empleado cuando llegamos... Increíble. Si no queréis problemas absurdos, evitar este lugar.

Modern, quietly located hotel near the subway
Pros:

The hotel is newly built with spacious rooms and a good location close to a metro station. Housekeeping cleans every second day. The area is very quiet, which is perfect for adults or families without kids.

Cons:

The hotel is not suitable for families with children. The pool is shallow (1.40m) with very strange operating hours (09:00 - 18:00), so it's already closed when you return from daytime excursions. There is no poolside shower, nor are there pool towels available. The soundproofing is also very poor; conversations inside the rooms can be clearly heard from the corridor.
