Pros:

Pool, neue Appartements mit sauberen großen Zimmern. Freundlicher Kontakt und schnelle Hilfe.

Cons:

Etwas wenig Ablageflächen und Küchenausstattung. Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch schön.

Enjoyed very much our stay. A big thank you to the hosts!
Pros:

Great location, 3 metro stations away from the Acropolis, calm homey district with plenty of local food and grocery sites. Exceptionally friendly personnel, regular cleaning, comfy beds, separated sleeping area, big terrasse with seating. AC worked flawlessly. Big wardrobe but few other shelving options for small things. A side-board would be useful. A fridge, a microwave, a small coffee maker, plates and cutlery available, but no cooker.

Cons:

Only Greek TV channels, no international TV.

Pros:

Le logement était très spacieux, des équipements neufs et confortables tout était très propre. Le métro est à moins de 10 minutes à pied donc très pratique pour rejoindre le centre. L'emplacement est agréable grâce au calme du quartier résidentiel.

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié que la piscine soit chauffée mais comme nous sommes venus en mai je peux comprendre qu'elle ne soit pas trop utilisée.

Excellent stay in Athens
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Grec Suites Dafni.
The hotel is very clean, modern, and located in a quiet and safe area, perfect for families. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the check-in process was very easy even though we arrived late at night.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Dafni metro station, making it very convenient to visit the Acropolis, the city center, and even the beaches along the coast.
A special thanks to Voula for her kindness, helpfulness, and quick communication throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again when visiting Athens.

Perfetto per una sosta ad Atene
Pros:

Gli spazi sono molto ampi, puliti e ben organizzati.
È stato un peccato stare così pochi giorni perché la struttura si presta anche a soggiorni lunghi: è presente un divano, un terrazzino, una piccola cucina e persino la piscina comune.
La struttura si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro Dafni che porta direttamente alle zone più iconiche di Atene: 4 fermate per Acropoli e 5 per Sintagna.
La metropolitana è tranquilla anche a tarda ora.

Three night stay in Athens
Pros:

Although we never saw any staff all communication was by email and WhatsApp and it was only positive and speedy, we even got some recommendations of where nearby to eat by WhatsApp. The apartment itself was brand new with everything you need. The location was good, quiet and within a few minutes walk of the metro. Also had a lovely pool on the ground floor.

Splendido appartamento per visitare Atene in zona tranquilla ma molto servita
Pros:

Camera ampia pulita e con terrazzino molto accogliente, abbiamo cenato e fatto colazioni grazie alla piccola ma completa cucina presente.
Il bagno spazioso e con prodotti spinaci di ottima qualità.
Vicina alla metro dafni, meno di 10 min a piedi.
Noi siamo stati fortunati e abbiamo parcheggiato sulla strada appena sotto il residence.
Abbiamo visto la piscina, molto carina e accogliente anche quella.
Struttura dotata di ascensore nuovo e molto comodo.

Cons:

Nulla, se dovessi tornare ad Atene tornerei qui.

Pros:

J’ai adoré mon séjour et le confort de cet appartement. Je m’y suis sentie comme chez moi.

Cons:

Rien. Ma meilleure amie a trouvé l’isolation un peu faible côté sonore mais de mon côté le séjour a été parfait, j’ai très bien dormi.

Modernes, hübsches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

wunderschönes, modernes Zimmer mit großzügiger Dusche, hoher Decke, einem kleinen Tisch mit 2 Sesseln und kleiner Küchenecke.

Das Hotel liegt in einer hübschen Wohngegend nur 7min zu Fuß von der nächsten U-Bahnstation entfernt.

Bon rapport qualité prix et proximité avec tous les commerce et attractions touristiques
Pros:

La proximité des transports en commun, commerces, cafés, et principales attractions touristiques à faire à Athènes. Les équipements sont des plus basiques et la propreté surtout il n’y a rien à dire!

La non amabilité du personnel que ce soit le personnel sur place ou encore les femmes de ménage
