Pénible, perte de tranquillité

Cons:

Il y avait de la construction juste à côté de ma chambre avec un bruit infernal du matin jusqu’au soir. La piscine sur le toit a été inaccessible car des gravats de ciment y étaient tombés. A aucun moment la direction ne m’a offert de dédommagement monétaire pour ces inconvénients, seulement des excuses par courriel.

Desde la llegada, fue confuso el acceso, no fue claro el domicilio del lugar, al llegar ahi, no se sabe con claridad que edificio es al que hay que acceder, el anfitrión al principio aclaró la duda, sin embargo, no hubo respuesta de el durante toda la estancia, el edificio no esta diseñado para personas con movilidad limitada, esta lleno de escalera, no hay elevador, no se dejen engañar, el lugar no tiene estacionamiento, solo 3 cajones para un edificio de mas de 6 departamentos, el anfitrión dice que es de quien llegue y no da mas opciones, si no hay lugar te tendrás que estacionar en la calle si encuentras lugar ahi también, después de eso el anfitrión se desentiende de la situación y no da ninguna solución, el cancel de la regadera está mal diseñado, no permite que el agua se retenga dentro del sardinel y se filtra hacia afuera del baño saliendo el agua por la puerta del baño, no quieres pasar tus dias de descanso secando una fuga de agua por estos detalles.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce logement qui est simple mais neuf et propre. La cuisine équipée avec quelques ustensiles est un vrai plus. Bien placé par rapport à la Quinta Avenida. Quelques places de parking devant les logements sinon il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue et le quartier est secure. Nous avons profité de la piscine qui est sur le toit. Nous avons eu un petit souci de chambre à l'arrivée mais l'hôte est très réactif par message et l'erreur a été réglée en quelques minutes.

Einfaches Check an, Parkplätze vor der Tür, gut klimatisiert. Nicht viel Schnickschnack

Cons:

Die Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, wenn man etwas kräftiger ist passt man nicht hinein, denn die Tür geht nach innen auf. Baustelle am Haus.
