Очень вежливый и готовый помочь персонал! Отличные номера/апартаменты! Техника вся хорошая, если номер с кухней, все продумано. Интернет достойный, работали с двух ноутбуков. Бассейн у пляжа - отдельная любовь! Работает с 7 до 22, и утром рано можно поплавать и вечером. Все супер, надеюсь, еще вернемся!

Het hotel zelf, de locatie, het personeel. Het personeel was zeer meedenkend en servicebericht. Service, klantgerichtheid met uiteraard klantbehoud staat hoog in het vaandel. Van Manager Director Meneer Shashank tot en met de belboy. Allen stonden voor je klaar. Uiteraard ook Gauthem the office manager en manager Morritz en Abdelssamed! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Amazing hotel and would highly recommend
Pros:

It was the second time staying at the hotel and we love everything about it! All staff are amazing, it’s so clean, and in a great location at the beginning of the palm so not too congested with traffic. The food was also really good’

Доброго времени суток, меня зовут Иса, кратко напишу свою историю )) Летал я с семьёй, жена и дочка, летели с Саудовской Аравии где пробыли 18 дней и у нас была пересадка в Дубае, НО наш рейс до Махачкалы (сам я из Грозного) задержали сначала на 4 часа, а потом еще на 6, тут то мы и приняли решение более не оставаться в аэропорту )) В итоге залез в Букинг, не много покопавшись наткнулся на этот отель, прочел пару отзывов, посмотрел фотки и вызвал uber )) В итоге мы провели незабываемых 3 дня и полетели домой ) Всё было супер.
Особенно хочу отметить двух молодых людей которые были в отеле в момент нашего заселения, это Абдулсамид парень на ресепшене и молодой человек по имени Илькин, Абдусалам подобрал номер с красивым видом из окна, Илькин проследим прям вплоть до того, что в номер принесли и багаж, и еду в 12-ть ночи, плюс пока воду не поставили в холодильник не ушел и не давал спать ))) так вот именно из за таких сотрудников и хочется вновь и вновь возвращаться в отели, что я и сделаю к новому году!

Единственное что не понравилось, так это при спуске к море, после бассейна там лестница, так вот под этой лестницей стоит кулер и как то вылез из моря, вижу там ребята, по моему персонал, или рабочие какие то в общем не суть, стоят кто курит кто пьет водичку, так вот проходя мимо подошел и спрашиваю а можно попить те такие указали, что там стоит стакан, мило улыбнулись, ну я сполоснул стакан, выпил воду )) потом еще пару подошел и выпил.. и в последний раз когда я подходил, там сидел парень курил в рубашке уже, ну по выше званием скажем так, тоже из персонала, так вот он так посмотрел еще типа какого хера ты пьешь нашу воду ))) но ничего не сказал )) а в итоге ушел со стаканом )) в общем в обеденное время было бы хорошо если бы поставили как в Турции холодильники с водой, не совсем удобно бывает с пляжа всегда подниматься

What did I like about the property? Hmm, Let me think Everything, this was definitely an experience that I never knew I needed, it checked all the boxes and more. I came for the weekend, for my kids birthday, and can I just say it was the best weekend not just for me but my kids, this hotel is a relaxing lovely paradise, the service was top notch the food hit the spot and there was many options and variety of drinks. The hotel was kind enough to have birthday cakes set up for my kids. If you don’t pick this hotel you will regret it, this is definitely worth every penny and more. I can’t believe how flawless my stay was. I want to give a big shout out to Keane, his service was 10/10 he was so kind and helped, everytime we walked past asking if we needed anything and even upgraded us for my kids birthdays. He made us feel welcome and most importantly made my kids feel special.

Fantastic location, everything you need
Pros:

Stylish, spacious 2-bed family suite. Great range of breakfast options, especially for dietary requirements and excellent service and staff. Fantastic location, which made it very easy to get anywhere. Well-equipped gym, if a little compact. Great views from the 14th-floor cabana pool.

Cons:

Bar service at the pool and beach needs to match the times when those facilities are open. Co-working space is very cool but very noisy. They need to decide if it is a coffee shop or a co-working space.

Pros:

The suite was perfect for a family, pool area was great as the pool isn’t really deep, breakfast was the best we’ve had in Dubai, the quality of the produce offered is exceptional. Customer service was great from entering to leaving.
