I’m so HAPPY I chose this place over a hotel! 😍✨
Pros:

Everything was incredibly clean, and the building felt brand new. The location is excellent, very close to everything and just a short walk from the Old Town! 📍✨

The cleanliness: the bed and bedding were spotless, and the towels were white and fresh. Bed are so so comfy. 🛏️🤍

The soundproofing: was amazing! I could not hear anything while sleeping, not even the refrigerator. It was so peaceful and quiet. The only thing I could hear was the neighbours, who for some reason opened the main door leading to the hall and talked, but it did not last long. 😊

I arrived late in the evening, and the reception was a little difficult to find in the dark, but it only took me about five minutes. The receptionist girl was very kind and helpful! I had a heavy 25 kg suitcase, and she showed me the lift from the parking area so I did not have to carry it up the stairs in the courtyard. Thank you so much! 🥰🧳

The building looks new, everything has been finished to a very high standard. Full size mirror - its perfect! My room, number 33, was absolutely wonderful! I would gladly have stayed longer if I had had more time, it felt just like home. 🏡✨

I am a very particular guest, but I genuinely loved everything about my stay! 💛

Starbucks and Zabka - next to building. Super!

Cons:

It would be fantastic if guests could receive two key cards instead of only one. But they also giving code for door, so its not a problem at all :)
