The property does not accept cash and payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card.
If card details of a third party are used for the rooms, the property will require an email from the third party authorizing the property to take the payment from their card.
Photo ID of the guest will required on arrival. For groups which booking is 4 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The supplement of £20.00 per person per night will be charged at the property.
Guests with further inquiries about the Children Policy/Pricing should contact the property directly prior to booking.
Please note a parking fee of GBP 20.00 per day applies for van / 7 seated vehicles, £29.00 per mini bus per day (check in to check out times).
Upon arrival a pre-authorization of £50.00 will be requested by bank card (chip & pin) per room.
Due to COVID-19 situation the service of the rooms will be only once a week on a stayover. If you require a change of linen, please see the reception and they would be able to organize this for you.

Nonresidents are strictly not allowed in the rooms, more than welcome to visit you in the lounge or ballroom.
Early check-in/late check-out charges are applicable. Luggage storage is available - charges are applicable. Unpurchased Food / Drinks cannot be consumed in the Lounge, Ballroom, Restaurant.

Reception services are unavailable between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

The TV

Cons:

Dirty, well outdated, lots rubbish outside the window in the hotels garden with rats running around, feels like you sleep up side down because of the floor is uneven and completely out of level, the room is so hot, the shower pressure is very low, broken equipment, we used the lift on arrival and avoided after at all cost as it felt you can stuck any time, very unpleasant place in overall.

List is pretty long for things didn't go well with stay. Was given room that wasn't even cleaned. Was offered another room but property require complete refurb as pretty run down.

Keep looking, use as last resort, you might be ok with it, maybe I’m just picky

The location, and the pictures of what it looked like when it first opened, staff were friendly

Cons:

It was 27 degrees outside all day and the radiator in the room was stuck on full the whole time. Had no power in the morning. Wasn’t cleaned properly and lots of dusty webs around lights. Barely any water pressure. Had early check in and late check out… which was 3pm in? And 11am out? I won’t be going back.

Not a lot. Location was good

Cons:

There was queuing to check in for hours as around 100 people had booked rooms through third party's that werent actually available. Although our room was check in took hours the car park was a nightmare as the people without rooms were in the carpark and sleeping in there cars. Families and babies with young children had to sleep in the bar and breakfast area.
The rooms were dated and there was no breakfast even though i paid over 30 pounds for breakfast due to all the issues with the over bookings.
Absolutely terrible and a complete waste of money.

Enjoyable but hard work
Pros:

It was clean and tidy but the organisation was poor and the breakfast was ok !! There was no milk for a coffee and the management was very hit and miss . We were the lucky ones we had a nice room and brekky many did not
