Due to COVID-19 situation the service of the rooms will be only once a week on a stayover. If you require a change of linen, please see the reception and they would be able to organize this for you.

Nonresidents are strictly not allowed in the rooms, more than welcome to visit you in the lounge or ballroom.

Tired room, no bedside tables or lights, dated bathroom, poor shower ,

Utterly disappointing

We only needed a budget room because we were staying for just 5–6 hours.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The toilet was dirty and had visible marks inside.

We were in the area to take care of some errands and were on a very tight schedule. At check-in, we were told that breakfast would be served at 8:00 a.m. However, when we went downstairs at that time, there was no one in the dining area or at reception. We called the number left at reception and were told that “the breakfast guy” would be down in five minutes.

A short while later, someone came running downstairs from the upper floor to prepare breakfast. At 8:11 a.m., the breakfast area was finally opened, and we were asked to wait while everything was cooked fresh. The tables still had crumbs on them, and there was only one clean mug available alongside one used mug, so my husband and I had to share a coffee cup.

In the end, despite having prepaid for breakfast, it was never served. We had to leave at 8:35 because of our schedule.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Absolute Joke
Pros:

Terrible tatty room, window painted shut, and no air con or ventilation, room was stifling hot, lift is worrrying, it bounced several times before landing at the floor. Second room booked was not any better, restrictor prevented the window from being opened more than a few centimetres, complained to reception and got no help, all the rooms are the same she said, all have restrictors. It was a hot day and the rooms were not fit for sleeping. We asked for a refund, we were told to deal with booking.com who would process. Rang booking and they promised to refund but I've since had to chase repeatedly. We booked into Premier Inn so we didn't stay more that a couple of minutes in the rooms. The place is an absolute dive, I am surprised Booking.com allows this on the portal.

Sadly wouldn’t stay there again . Much nicer hotels in the same area
Pros:

The location was great , The check in staff were very helpful he even carried our bags up to our room as the lift was broken .

Cons:

There was no food available at the hotel , We had to pay for parking , The furnishings looked very tired and there was a lot of scratches on the paintwork in the corridors and stairs .

Pros:

Location was good and it was cheap
Comfy beds

Cons:

No staff on reception most of the time and ended up waiting 15 mins plus for service who were very blunt.
Tired rooms - hair dryer holder fell off wall. No shower pressure. Poor decorating/finishing

Billig, nur buchen, wenn es nicht anders geht oder die Ansprüche niedrig sind.
Pros:

Einziger Pluspunkt des Hotels sind die Lage und die digital nachbearbeiteten Bilder des Onlineauftritts.

Man kann für den Preis ehrlicherweise aber auch nicht mehr erwarten.

Cons:

Ausstattung Stand Anfang der 90er Jahre. Undichte Türen und Fenster, Schimmel an Fenstern und im Bad. Keine Möglichkeit Wertsachen wegzuschließen. Sehr stark verschlissene Einrichtung, unhygienischer Teppichfußboden. Geruch der Küche praktisch permanent im Flur und Zimmer vorhanden. Bad war dem Preis entsprechend.

Decken wurden erst nach Aufforderung ausgegeben, man hatte keine im Zimmer "da es ja so heiß gewesen sei".
