Très bon séjour
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'amabilité de tout le personnel de l'hôtel, ainsi que la propreté des chambres. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct avec beaucoup de variété. Et pour finir, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chaleur humaine qui a permis à l'hôtel de trouver une solution pour nous retourner le doudou de ma fille, qui avait été laissé par erreur dans la chambre lors de notre checkout.

Agréable et confortable. Je recommande vivement
Pros:

La literie était super. Le petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix salé sucré. Personnel très attentif aux clients. Dommage que cet hôtel soit loin de la gare à pied et qu'il y ait des personnes pas fréquentables qui gravitent et font leur commerce suspect non loin. Dommage aussi que l'hôtel n'ait pas de restaurant.

Très satisfaite de notre séjour !
Pros:

Le parfait accueil du monsieur le samedi,sympa,clair...au top !
Le tramway juste en bas.
La propreté de la chambre, le calme du quartier.
Petit déjeuner assez bien achalandé.

Cons:

Pas de télécommande pour la tv..demandé à l'accueil ms hôtel complet, pas de possibilité de changer de chambre et pas de télécommande en rab...donc vive le téléphone !
Accessoirement, distributeur machine café, boissons et snack hors service en retour de match...heureusement, le monsieur de l'accueil en a quelques-unes à disposition...

Cons:

Tout d’abord, on nous a dit qu’elle était accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, mais nous avons constaté que la chambre était petite et que la salle de bain ne pouvait pas y tenir, et le personnel de la réception haussait les épaules en vous disant qu’ils vous rembourseraient à 18h30 après un long trajet de 10 heures Quand nous avons hâte de nous reposer .
