The staff were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. The reception team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They gave me excellent recommendations and useful advice, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We will be back. Great Hotel , Value for Money
Pros:

Our flight came into Bangkok in the morning and we reached the hotel at 10 am. We went straight to the hotel intending to drop our bags and check in later as usual check in time was at 14.00. To our surprise the hotel staff managed to arrange early check-in for us almost immediately as we arrived. No extra charges imposed.

We went to the roof top bar, restaurant and found the food good and most importantly all the staff were excellent and very polite.

Cons:

Lifts can be difficult to get at peak period. There is also a slight waiting time for buffet breakfast as the restaurant is small. Not really a problem unless you are there at peak times.
