Pros:

Clean hotel and room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room itself was quite small. No room to open multiple luggages, but made do. Location is quiet but away from most attractions.

A comfortable stay made even better by the wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mr. Noom, who greeted us every day with a bright smile and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel offered great value for money. The location was also convenient for exploring Bangkok.

Best experience ever.
Pros:

I liked everything : staff over friendly, very helpful, room very clean, housekeeping lady very good, bar staff on rooftop super convivial, concierge very helpful always give good advice and ready for taxi call !
Breakfast over generous, very nice tea & coffee, omelette / scrambled eggs / done by the chef …
Rooftop amazing, good chill out music, very peaceful every evenings & nights looking over Bangkok is a must do experience !!!

La habitación tenía bonitas vistas y la recepción era cómoda

Cons:

La obsesión del personal de recogida de maletas por obtener una propina.
Creo que subir dos maletas sin ni siquiera cargarlas con la mano no debe ser objeto de propina.
El desayuno era más para personas de Asia que europeos,con el calor de Bangkok no me apetece desayunar fideos o arroz caliente.
