Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel war sauber, modern und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lage war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Mein Aufenthalt war durchweg sehr angenehm und ich war mit allem zufrieden.

Sehr angenehm und entspannt.
Pros:

Ich gehe seid Jahren nach Istanbul und dass war das beste Hotel bis jetzt! Super Personal, sauber und sehr zentral. 2 Minuten zu Fuß hatten wir bis in die Mitte von Beşiktaş. Absofort werde ich in dieses Hotel kommen und kein anderes. Danke für alles.

Pros:

Отличное расположение,хороший и недавно сделаный ремонт,уборка каждый день,чайник,чай ,кофе и вода,не слышно что происходит на улице, хотя вокруг много заведений, до старого города легко добраться на автобусе без пересадок, рядом много мест где не дорого поесть и улице с завтраками,не далеко причал с корабликами .

Trotz eines teuren Aufenthalts von 150 € pro Nacht wurde mir wegen leichter Haarfarbspuren auf einem Handtuch eine zusät

Die zentrale Lage war der einzige positive Aspekt der Unterkunft. Allerdings gibt es in derselben Gegend zahlreiche günstigere Hotels mit vergleichbarer Lage. Angesichts des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses und meiner Erfahrungen während des Aufenthalts würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Cons:

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Für zwei Nächte habe ich rund 150 € pro Nacht bezahlt und hätte bei diesem Preis deutlich mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit erwartet. Nach dem Aufenthalt wurde mir zusätzlich 10 € für ein Handtuch berechnet, weil sich etwas Haarfarbe von meinen frisch gewaschenen Haaren darauf befand. Das halte ich für völlig übertrieben und unangemessen.

Statt Verständnis zu zeigen oder eine kundenorientierte Lösung zu finden, wurde die Gebühr ohne Diskussion verlangt. Ein Handtuch gehört zum normalen Hotelbetrieb, und leichte Verfärbungen können insbesondere bei gefärbten Haaren vorkommen. Dafür einen Gast extra zur Kasse zu bitten, empfinde ich als kleinlich und unprofessionell.

Leider war auch der Umgang des Personals in dieser Angelegenheit sehr unfreundlich. Nach einem Aufenthalt in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich deutlich mehr Service und Entgegenkommen erwartet.

Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen und würde dort nicht noch einmal buchen.

Comfortable and lightweight
Pros:

Clean and organised and small beautiful hotel

Cons:

The bed sheet was just thin, not hotel sheets.
But everything else was good and fine, and I think if you ask them to change the sheets, they would change it

Cons:

Wassertemperatur in der Dusche konnte man kaum einstellen. 1mm rauf brennend heiss, 1mm runter eiskalt. Ansonsten war alles Top.
