Too expensive for what we were offered.
Pros:

The location is walkable from a few touristic attractions. It is a new property. The Omonia metro station and a mall are closeby. The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The hotel's neighbourhood is far from family friendly, as stated in the description. There were heroine addicts on both sides of the street on which the hotel is located. We felt extremely unsafe walking up and down the street. The staff wasn't helpful at all. The turndown service was one of the worst I've experienced. Even after bringing it to the hotel's attention, there was no improvement. The breakfast is just about passable. I'd rather not pay for it and get something nice from the bakeries nearby.

Pros:

Fairly new hotel and great breakfast. Rooms sizeable. Staff very pleasant.

Cons:

As others have said it was in a slightly run down area but very close to tube and easily walkable to the nicer areas so not a big issue. Carpets rather ruined on our hallway despite being quite new! Shame!

Απλά τέλεια!!!!!
Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν άριστο, άνετο δωμάτιο και πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική γιατί είναι δίπλα στο μετρό και μέσα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και βρίσκεις τα πάντα δίπλα σου!!!! Όσον αφορά το service του ξενοδοχείου πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια είναι όλοι τους εξαιρετικοί και πολύ ευγενείς!!!! Δεν νομίζω ότι θα επιλέξω άλλο κατάλυμα κατά τις αφίξεις μου στην Αθήνα.

Δεν έχω να προσάψω κάτι αρνητικό.

Practical and comfortable
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, with all amenities, Nespresso machine included. Very practical even for a one-night stay as in my case and easy to reach from the Airport through the metro system (it is very close to the Omonia stop). A few minutes walk from the National Archaeological Museum.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, good variety, but nothing special. I would suggest to put labels on the food selection.

Fantastic hotel stay in Athens
Pros:

The facilities are very modern and were being completed during our stay - for example there’s a pool on the roof which was not open yet. The staff is very helpful and I must spend a praise for the food: both breakfast and room service were excellent.

Cons:

The area around the hotel is not the cleanest and more attractive in Athens…. We managed to find our way to the centre avoiding the roughest parts and all was good. Taxi is recommended at night though.

Pros:

The hotel is situated within walking distance of a city centre and close to metro station. The staff was helpful and available 24 hours (great ladies at front desk). The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special for a 4 star hotel. They have just opened the hotel gym, so it is a great addition.

Cons:

The hotel was doing construction works during my stay, and the rooms and not soundproof, so you could hear everything, especially when they were doing it right in front of my door. They started some days before 8 a.m. which is unacceptable. Also because of that the corridors were dirty as you can see in the photos. Also you can hear all the traffic from the streets. It would be nice to add a soap holder since you are choosing a bar instead of liquid one. The drain in my shower was not working properly, and the water was overflowing to the bathroom floor, after 2 days they fixed it and it was ok. But also some days there were unpleasant smells coming from the wash basin and shower drain.
About the breakfast, you could maybe add some more bread and tea options, also the cold meat was horrible and the fruit would be nice fresh instead of the ones from can in syrup.
And one more con is that you can control the air conditioning in your room, you have to call the front desk so that they reset it for you, which is ridiculous. Basically it was either too hot or too cold, so I ask to switch it off.
