المكان جميل بس الاستقبال سيئ جداً ولا يحترمون السائح ولذلك لن اكرر التجربة

الفندق جميل ونظيف وجديد والمكان مميز جداً وتم ترقية الحجز

موظف الاستقبال Eve اسلوبه جداً غير لائق وغير مهذب واسلوبه دفش جداً وعند تسجيل الخروج تم الاتصال عدة مرات وقام بالتهديد في حال التاخر عن الخروج اكثر من 12 وربع راح يتم زيادة التكلفة ، وكذلك في حين الدخول رفض ان يتم التبكير في الوقت ويتحجج بأن الغرفة تحتاج الى تنظيف لمدة ساعتين !! ، والغرفة صغيرة نوعاً ما ، والسعر مبالغ فيه الحقيقة

Wonderful stay at a perfect hotel. Excellent service and central location
Pros:

Fantastic location. Facilities were great with use of the pool and a small but functional 24 hour gym. The breakfast was incredible with a wonderful variety of local foods, breads and hot options too. The most amazing thing was the staff. The tram were so lovely. Kind and helpful. We were travelling with a 5 year old and they were so attentive to her especially when she was unwell on the last day. The rooms were also very modern and comfortable.

Cons:

The dual access from both side of the street can we a bit confusing. But once you work it out it’s fine. Honestly not much else to fault

An amazing hotel with a spectacular room and unforgettable views over Istanbul.
Pros:

We loved everything. The location was very central, with great views, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was truly impressive — spacious, beautifully designed and impeccably clean, with stunning views over the Bosphorus. Even the shower had incredible views over the city, which made the room feel particularly special.

Cons:

Nothing. We had no complaints at all.

Pros:

Städerskan Turkan var väldigt vänlig och trevlig, och hon gjorde verkligen ett fantastiskt jobb. Det var väldigt rent och fint efter att hon hade städat, och vi uppskattade verkligen hennes noggrannhet och vänliga bemötande.

De tre personerna ( Baris, Julia och Murat) i receptionen var också helt fantastiska. De var väldigt välkomnande, trevliga och hjälpsamma från början till slut. Vi har verkligen ingenting negativt att säga – allt var toppen.

Och Didem som arbetade i restaurangen var också väldigt trevlig och vänlig. Hon gav ett så varmt och fint bemötande och gjorde verkligen ett gott intryck på oss. Vi uppskattade hennes vänlighet väldigt mycket.

Cons:

En sak som jag inte riktigt tyckte om med hotellet var att vi bara fick en flaska vatten per dag. Vi var tre vuxna personer, så det räckte inte alls. Jag tyckte faktiskt att det kändes lite snålt med tanke på vad vi hade betalat för vistelsen.

Vatten är ändå en väldigt grundläggande sak som man förväntar sig att ett hotell ska kunna erbjuda. Jag tycker därför att hotellet borde ge lite mer vatten till sina gäster. Särskilt i början av vistelsen vet man kanske inte heller var man kan köpa vatten, till exempel i en mataffär.

Det handlar trots allt bara om vatten och det borde inte vara någon stor kostnad för hotellet. Jag tycker helt enkelt att det hade varit en fin och uppskattad service att erbjuda gästerna mer vatten.

Desayuno bien.
Ubicación inmejorable. Personal muy atento. Tuvimos un problema con la habitaición, que era muy ruidosa pero nos la cambiaron por otra sin problema

La habitación que nos asignaron inicialmente era muy ruidosa. Deberían solucionar ese problema
El comedor estaba en una planta -2 y en la publicidad anuncian una terrza estupenda, que en realidad está en otra zona del hotel y es un restauranate de pago
