Okay, not outstanding
Pros:

The apt is spacious and very nicely set up. The idea of the pool and shower is very nice. Water to shower is hot.

Cons:

No AC, ventilators are very noisy, room was not very clean and staff was not aware when we arrived that there would arrive people. It was an akward situation. Location is ok, but long walks away from zicatela so i would suggest to take a close look at the location depending on the reason of stay.

Poor value for money.
Pros:

Good sized apartment for 1-2 (or small family), 4 fans, drinkable water provided, less than 10 minute walk to ADO bus station and Chedraui supermarket and closest beach, usable kitchen, comfortable bed, a swimming pool (small).

Cons:

No oil for cooking (or salt or anything), kitchen light is in a bad spot for cooking, no air con, need a larger pot/saucepan, need to check previous guests washed dishes properly as saucepan lid was dirty, need dark curtains & curtains over glass door, no microwave, not good value for money, many bugs & leaves get inside because no ceiling and gaps between walls & roof, a toilet brush container is supplied without the toilet brush, a rope toilet paper holder is not fit for purpose, the soap dispensers in the bathroom have no spouts- only holes for soap to ooze out (actually the shampoo dispenser didn’t work so I had to remove the lid to pour soap out), I asked the cleaner to remove the leaves & she did but it didn’t take long for more leaves to fall inside the room- definitely needs a ceiling & to charge much less money,

Pros:

La ubicación se encuentra muy cerca de avenidas principales y es muy fácil llegar a las playas más conocidas, también estaba a minutos de establecimientos y cerca había un chedraui para poder comprar comida.

Cons:

Fue mi culpa, pero no revisé que no tenía aire acondicionado, por lo cual la llegada se sintio muy calurosa, aunque los ventiladores ayudaron mucho.
