Beautiful Design and Rooms, Disappointing Guest Experience
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming boutique-style architecture and very attractive rooms. The renovation has been carried out successfully, using high-quality materials and furnishings, and the rooms are particularly well designed.


A special mention and my thanks go to the housekeeping team, as the rooms were impeccably maintained throughout my stay.

However, I found the breakfast buffet offering rather limited for a five-star property.

Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet the standards one would expect from such an establishment. There seemed to be a lack of experience and/or training among some team members, which significantly affected my overall guest experience.
This was noticeable throughout my stay, from check-in to room service, and even when requesting a taxi reservation, which I ultimately had to arrange myself. The same happened with my breakfast box for an early departure. Despite several explanations, my request was not properly understood, and I eventually had to go to the supermarket myself to buy what I needed the previous evening. In hindsight, it was a good decision, as the breakfast box delivered did not match what had been requested.

I was unable to experience the spa facilities as they were fully booked, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the hotel.

It is a real pity because the property itself has great potential and deserves a service level that matches the quality of its beautiful setting.

Pros:

Property was super clean and the room layout was so nice.
The staff are out of this world - probably the best service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Everyone from the reception to the kitchen to the spa was 10/10 and i would go again just for this alone!
